I just sat down and planned my diet for one week. I looked at it and it seems extremely boring breakfast everday seems to be an egg or oatmeal. lunch and dinner are either chicken with a veggie or cheese and crackers with fruit. I am not motivated at all to follow it it just seems sooooooo boreing and since I am only cooking for myself it's hard to make like a cassorole or something like that. Help
