Motivation

I just sat down and planned my diet for one week. I looked at it and it seems extremely boring breakfast everday seems to be an egg or oatmeal. lunch and dinner are either chicken with a veggie or cheese and crackers with fruit. I am not motivated at all to follow it it just seems sooooooo boreing and since I am only cooking for myself it's hard to make like a cassorole or something like that. Help:eek:
 
For lunch, hummus on a high fiber tortilla, with veggies, chicken, etc. Or SALSA, instead of hummus!?!? LOL!

I also like to do a veggie "pizza" roll-up on a high fiber tortilla or Flat Out. Slather some tomato/pizza sauce, cut up onion pepper mushrooms whatever you have, low fat mozz cheese or feta cheese, broil until melted. And then I roll it up!

Tell me you have more than 1 egg for breakfast! That's a grand total of 70 calories!
 
My FAVORITE breakfast, snack or lunch...

whole wheat tortilla
2 eggs scrambled up
black beans
a bit of soy cheese
salsa and chipotle tabasco
