She broke down quite a few research studies into bite-sized pieces that make sense. I like that she kept emphasizing effort over weight too. I have been making progress, but it's slower than I'd hoped, but I am putting in the effort, so I'm doing my body good. It was nice to hear quite a few of the things Cathe has mentioned in her articles too. The post menopausal info was the most valuable for me. Thank you so much for sharing!
