Yes, Amy's ab work takes some getting used to. Have you tried the ab section from HiLow Knockout? It has a kettlebell feel and I totally love it! She is filming Advanced Step Challenge 3 tomorrow and she is filming two 15 min. ab sections that will be separately chaptered on this workout...woo hoo. (She's using a kettlebell, I believe but will have someone using a db also). I'm probably going to purchase a kettlebell just so I can do this section on ASC3!
