I'm back!
Wow..I'm not used to this cardio on Mondays after lack of sleep, it really was tough. I did Kickin Core from Turbo Jam. I usually LOVE this workout and get into it, but my body was tired, Plus I still have some sinus stuff going on. Dripping, and getting stuck in my chest. So that didn't help! But I'm done!
Kathy... I should have done YOUR workout today! it would have been smarter!! *V-8 Moment*!! LOL!!
Beth... Okay, you convinced me! I'll do 4 DS, unless Cathe comes up with something that wows me. I also found a "4 DS Rotation", just to give me something concrete to read and have down for me. I'll post it after this one, if you're interested. It's probably what you're doing anyways..! LOL!
Joanne... Oh Sorry about the icky weekend feeling! I've felt that before, and it's such a weird thing, because I LOVE to workout. I remember just NOT being able to do a workout once. I tried , but I hated it, and I HAD to stop. Oh you'll have to let us know how your Lower body does with PPx2!! x3 was killer, but if x2 works, might as well go with THAT! OMG... the fish story had me LOL! That is so something that would happen to my family!!
Vilma... Hi-5's on DM Double Cardio Premix! Wasnt' that nuts??? My middle son has a playdate tomorrow here. Ugh. My 3 boys, plus my craziest brings a friend over like him. Should be interesting! NOT!
Beth... Funny about the Beta fish too! I thought they had long lives with little care too. But it always bugged me that they basically just 'floated' in the bowl. HOw would you ever know if they were dying or half dead? I'm not a fish fan! LOL!! I had a fat goldfish in my room after I graduated college. Used to change his bowl and scrub the rocks, etc. Anyways, it decided to die, but it took FOREVER to die. It would just float, and then wiggle, for WEEKS. I didn't know if I should flush it or let it linger. Oh it was yucky!
Oh, and my weekend at work was "ok". I ate off on Saturday, not sure why. Maybe because we had a change in sitter plans, and my mom (she's 84) came to sleep over and watch the boys. Of course, the stuff I bought for S'Mores for the boys earlier in the week, bit me in the arse. they asked for S'Mores Saturday, and the leftovers ended up in my belly. *sigh*. Work wasn't bad, no real goodies hanging around. Sunday (my off/take out day), I did a salad, and 2 small pieces of pizza. But grazed on MOSTLY good choices at work (cream of wheat, FF Frozen Yogurt..NOT together!).
I hope that was good enough to lose a lb this week!!??
Okay, off I go, I'm such a procrastinator!..
