Good morning ladies!!

Checking in today with a low key workout day. Today is going to be a rest day in anticipation of tomorrow's new rotation. Plus, it is time for a rest day anyway...I am going to do some yoga or maybe pilates..That will be later..

Hope everyone is having a great Monday so far..Last day of the month!!Yikes..
 
Hi Kathy & Everyone!

I woke up in a fuzz thinking "oh it's a good day for a rest day" and then I remembered I had one yesterday!! :) So, I decided I'd do 4DS this week, almost as filmed -- I'm doing weights first. I did HIS this morning -- still don't have that footwork down, and may never, but it was a good work out. I want to work in imax 2 and drill max in this week, but not sure if that's overkill -- that's more stepping than I usually do.

Maybe Cathe will post her rotation today. Have a great day everyone!

I had kind of an icky workout weekend!! I got up early to do Low Max Saturday and I don't know what was wrong, but I just couldn't get into it. I actually had to sit down on the couch a few times. I only made it through the first five combos. Sunday I went to bed late and didn't sleep well, so now workout. This morning was better. I did PP lower body 2x. I thought the 3x might be overkill. After the lunges and step ups I was glad I was only doing two sets! Tomorrow I'll do the ME upper and maybe Imax2 if I get up early enough and the kids sleep in!

This weekend was crazy! Lots of kids in and out of the house all weekend. Which I don't mind at all, but I couldn't get anything done and my house is a wreck! We did go to a Greek festival - my son won two goldfish. I swear the vendor must be in cahoots with the pet store. Who knew goldfish needed so much stuff?? My son gets on the Internet and tells me that no, they can't survive in those tiny bowls they come in - you have to have five gallons of water per fish. So, we wound up going to get an aquarium. My DH thought we were nuts and told my son all carnival goldfish die in 3-4 days anyway. Real sympathetic, huh?! My son told him that's because people don't take care of them!! It was all kind of humorous!! I'm just praying these fish survive because my son will be heartbroken if they don't.

Hi Girls!

Another end of the month, another struggle with what Rotation I'm going to do !!! Decisions, Decisions! I kind of want to go back to heavy weights, 4DS Rotation w/ GS and/or S&H. Again..I'm so undecided, and keep scanning the forums for ideas!! I just want someone to TELL me what to do. Still waiting for Cathe... maybe she'll come through!

I think today (now), I'm going to go do a Turbo Jam Cardio Party and an Ab Jam....Haven't done a TJ in a long time!..

As I mentioned, at least for this week, I'm doing 4DS -- join me!

Joanne, funny about the fish story -- I have a similar story. When we lived in SF, trick or treating was done at the local neighborhood stores. Well, one store is a pet store, and instead of handing out candy, they were giving out goldfish! I was floored by it! Of course it was just a ploy to get money spent at their store. I think our fish lived for quite a while. My younger son went to a birthday party recently where the "goody bag" was a beta fish complete with bowl and food. They are supposed to be very hearty, but ours died within a few days!!

I'm back!

Wow..I'm not used to this cardio on Mondays after lack of sleep, it really was tough. I did Kickin Core from Turbo Jam. I usually LOVE this workout and get into it, but my body was tired, Plus I still have some sinus stuff going on. Dripping, and getting stuck in my chest. So that didn't help! But I'm done!

Kathy... I should have done YOUR workout today! it would have been smarter!! *V-8 Moment*!! LOL!!

Beth... Okay, you convinced me! I'll do 4 DS, unless Cathe comes up with something that wows me. I also found a "4 DS Rotation", just to give me something concrete to read and have down for me. I'll post it after this one, if you're interested. It's probably what you're doing anyways..! LOL!

Joanne... Oh Sorry about the icky weekend feeling! I've felt that before, and it's such a weird thing, because I LOVE to workout. I remember just NOT being able to do a workout once. I tried , but I hated it, and I HAD to stop. Oh you'll have to let us know how your Lower body does with PPx2!! x3 was killer, but if x2 works, might as well go with THAT! OMG... the fish story had me LOL! That is so something that would happen to my family!!

Vilma... Hi-5's on DM Double Cardio Premix! Wasnt' that nuts??? My middle son has a playdate tomorrow here. Ugh. My 3 boys, plus my craziest brings a friend over like him. Should be interesting! NOT!

Beth... Funny about the Beta fish too! I thought they had long lives with little care too. But it always bugged me that they basically just 'floated' in the bowl. HOw would you ever know if they were dying or half dead? I'm not a fish fan! LOL!! I had a fat goldfish in my room after I graduated college. Used to change his bowl and scrub the rocks, etc. Anyways, it decided to die, but it took FOREVER to die. It would just float, and then wiggle, for WEEKS. I didn't know if I should flush it or let it linger. Oh it was yucky!

Oh, and my weekend at work was "ok". I ate off on Saturday, not sure why. Maybe because we had a change in sitter plans, and my mom (she's 84) came to sleep over and watch the boys. Of course, the stuff I bought for S'Mores for the boys earlier in the week, bit me in the arse. they asked for S'Mores Saturday, and the leftovers ended up in my belly. *sigh*. Work wasn't bad, no real goodies hanging around. Sunday (my off/take out day), I did a salad, and 2 small pieces of pizza. But grazed on MOSTLY good choices at work (cream of wheat, FF Frozen Yogurt..NOT together!).

I hope that was good enough to lose a lb this week!!??

Okay, off I go, I'm such a procrastinator!..

I'm probably too late for you non-west coast gals -- unless you're still on PST, Chris? :) Thanks for posting that rotation. I think I'm going to intersperse some harder stuff in there -- think I'll tackle Drill Max tomorrow. Think I'm nuts? Well, by the time I read your answer, I'll have already done it.... :)
