Hi Everyone,
This month we will split our days between weight training and cardio workouts. Some weeks are a bit more intense than others, so pace yourselves and make sure you’re staying properly rested and hydrated. Each week you will have one day off and one day that includes a yoga or mobility workout. On your yoga and mobility days feel free to add on a core workout of your choice for an extra burn. Work hard and have fun!
