You are SO right! You can do the moves just half way, or you can put your all into them and get a spectacular workout. One thing I never do is pause the workout. I think this increases the intensity and helps me get more out of it. Also, I always use 5 lb dumbbells with her workouts, no matter what! In NMTZ the shoulder work is brutal with 5's, but I never drop down. I have really seen some good shoulder definition from using this workout and 30DayShred (also with 5's).
