I like Jari's workout. I think her type of higher-rep, lower weight, almost continuous movement weight workouts burn fat better than straight-set workouts and have somewhat of a cardio effect as well. Her "this burns all carbs" talk is annoying (as well as untrue), but I ignore it.
I think her workouts are a good change from Cathe's style, and I sweat like a sumo wrestler running up a flight of stairs when I do them (I think/hope that's a sign of calorie burn). They are rather deceiving, sometimes seeming easier than Cathe's workouts, but they aren't. Ripped to the Core is especially sneaky: the compound movements are, I think, a distraction for the body and mind, making you believe you're not working as hard as you are by 'spreading around the effort' to many muscle groups.
I'd say, aside from the first workout, which is less intense, they are all a good buy. I have all 4 so far, and have the 5th on pre-order from Amazon.
