Idea for a new check-in

I have an idea...

I don't want to do a complete day's food check in coz that would be too much but how about we have a check in where we post the "BAD" foods we have eaten that day (if any). I might be the only posting in this thread! LOL I think it would be nice to be held accountable for the junk food I put in my mouth and maybe it will help me to stop eating it!!! }( }( }(

What do you all think?

Ofcourse there are many of you who have extraordinary will power when it comes to turning down the bad stuff so I honestly don't know how many people would really be able to post in the thread each day...may not be worth it...?

I've been good so far today, but the weekend is coming. *cue ominous music*

Perhaps we could call it the Unclean check-in:p

Although I find this thread very appealing, I have a problem with the "good food" and "bad food" thing. There are no such things as good and bad foods but there are foods that provide more nutrition than others. You should eat more of them and eat the less nutrional foods in smaller quantities. The bottom line is that a calorie is a calorie and if you burn more than you eat you lose weight. However, you will be healthier if most of those calories come from nutritious foods rather than junk.

I will get off my high horse now and go eat my dark chocolate Hershey's Nugget with almonds!!

I ate an ENTIRE SLEEVE of oreo cookies earlier in the week as a mid-afternoon snack!!! They were sooo yummy but I felt awful afterwards for having done it!x(

I remember when I was pregnant with my last son and I had a thing for ice cream. I think I ate it every night through the whole pregnancy!

Great idea!!!!:) So far today, 4 Hershey miniatures!! Someone brought donuts, but I have refrained so far and I have the afternoon off, so I think I'll do good!!!

Chinese take-out for lunch. What was left over from dinner last night. Eh-hem.

However, I DID eat Kashi go-taste-free with a banana for breakfast and a PowerBar as a snack, so I feel like I deserved something that had actual flavoring in it. :)
