Idea for a new check-in

You're right Shelley. It's just that studying for this Personal Trainer exam is messing up my head!!! Besides, who am I to miss out on a fun thread like this!!!

I think this is a great idea! My no candy/no chocolate month is due to expire Saturday so some Sunday I will definitely be partaking in some dark chocolate M&M's and chocolate chip cookies!!

Weekends are always my downfall anyway.....

Marie I had NO chinese last night. Just went to the buffet today and filled out one of those take out containers. I mostly fill it with broccoli anyway! :p

You know if I wasn't preggo I wouldn't be eating this junk. Darn cravings! LOL

I met some old friends of mine for lunch and had some yummy tortilla chips that were on the table and TWO glasses of wine!

THIs is a horrible idea for a thread...its just making me hungry! Ive been good so far today but I plan on being bad tomorrow...pizza pizza and more pizza :+ :9

no.... you won't be the only one (obviously!)

you can just assume that every evening i am having a bowl of ice cream! now granted.. it will be 94% (or is is 98%?) fat free.. and no sugar added.. but it's still ice cream.. and i am a little too generous with myself! so there... that is my daily bad food!

i'm actually pretty good on weekdays except for that! weekends that we are out shopping.... well.. i'll check in!

i disagree... any food that has transfats is a bad food in my book!

now going to what you are saying... yes... chocolate is not "bad" but just full of sugar and empty calories (as long as it has no trans fats!)

so i understand what you are saying... but there are definitely "bad" foods out there!

You're right. Transfats are not just bad, they're evil!! I am reviewing the Nutrition section of the manual for my P.T. exam and am sort of laser-focused. They don't even mention transfats though...

However, I respectfully disagree about the chocolate..IMHO the flavor and the mouthfeel (texture) far outweight the sugar and empty calories. In moderation of course.
