Quick check in. Friday I did LMR Elevated Timesaver #1 Mobility 27 minutes, 114 calories, yesterday I did Elevate Hiit, 29 minutes, 171 calories, heart rate 122/145 and Elevated Upper Body All Standing, 29 minutes, 123 calories, heart rate 102/129. Total time yesterday was 58 minutes, 294 calories. Today I think will be a rest day and prepping for the big move at the end of the week.

Belinda, thanks for getting March started. Nice work on CL #582 TB. Prayers for your husband and hip replacement surgery. I hate aging and all that goes with it. Grateful though that there is things that can be done to make it better though.

Today I did RAW Box & Pump. Had a really good workout. I was going to start Caroline's first Epic series but I'm unsure of it. I need to look at the workouts to see if I'd like them. Unfortunately, she doesn't list the exercises in her earlier workouts. I'll need to watch a few to get an idea how she does this series.

Diane - I hope you can find a nice place closer to your kids, that would be awesome. At least you have some time to look around since you are stying with your daughter for a while. That is great that she is doing this.

Good job with your workouts, everyone! Where is Jolie? I'm starting to worry about her.

Good Evening,

I di the new Raw Basic Lifts an most of it was good but the warmup and cooldown were all done on the rebounder so that was a waste and the music was her sons so there was a lot of lip sinking and dancing then I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

Hi,

Today I did LMR2 Elevated Lower Body - 52 minutes. Had a great workout.

Roselyn - great job yesterday.

Roxie - nice workout.

Debbie - great job on your walk yesterday. I am wondering where everyone is too? I don‘t have time for personals, my husband had a hip replacement on Monday. He is keeping me busy.

Diane and Jolie where are you?

Roselyn - Good job with your workouts!

Belinda - OMG on your husband, that is not a fun surgery, that is for sure!! My mom had both of hers replaced. I hope he heals fast, I will keep him in my prayers. Nice job getting a workout in.

Have a great day everyone!!

Monday I did Elevated Lower Body Timesaver # 3 Dumbbells and Bands and did the warm up twice because I had an interruption at the end of the first warm up, 38 minutes, 139 calories. A lot is cut out of this premix. Yesterday I was supposed to have a phone visit with my doctor, but then they decided to have me come in. I had originally went in to check why I felt like there is a lump in my throat and sometimes food crumbs go up instead of down when I try to swallow. This got bad when I had the reaction to the arthritis med. It still does it but is better. Any way I am supposed to call if things do not get better over the next month and they will send me to a specialist. My allergies are so severe, and she gave me a steroid injection for allergies since I am doing everything I can and still coughing, sneezing, and I think it is affecting my throat. Particularly at night. I have been crazy busy. No workout yesterday since I had to go in to see the doctor. Today I did Elevated Upper Body, 52 minutes, 178 calories, heart rate 96/136. I also did Elevate Dynamic Flexibility and Core timesaver #1 no core, 31 minutes, 97 calories, heart rate 90/119. I have to modify on the twisting moves, but I like this workout. Total time was 83 minutes, 275 calories.

army crawl plank (done on forearms so I decided to give it a try)
hip lifted pullover 5# dbs
bear crawl plank with hand lift
stretch

Roxy, good job on Raw Basic Lifts.

Roselyn, nice work on Chest Back and Biceps.

Belinda, nice job on LMR Elevated Lower Body. I kind of wished I had time to do more when I did it on Monday. I got a late start and just did bands and dumbbells. I like the workout in its entirety. Howy is your husband doing after surgery?

Debbie, good job on Raw Box and Pump 8.

This morning I did RAW Lift w/CardioAcceleration and had a great workout. I really liked this one. I really like these cardio & weight workouts Kelly does. They are fun.

10 reps each exercise:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 12's (she does these sort of weird, it was really hard with the 12's)
Butterfly: 8's
Cardio: Knees
Repeat

Half/Full Biceps Curls: 15's (tough!)
Hammer Up/Out/Up: 12's (tough!)
Cardio: Pendulums
Repeat

Goblet Squats: Skipped
Cardio: Side step/Shuffle - Skipped
Repeat

Cardio: Kick/Knee Circles
Repeat

Connected Triceps Extensions: 10's
Dips
Abs: Knee-Ins
Repeat

Chest Press/Pinkies In: 15's
Close Grip Chest Press: 15's
Repeat

Workout was 37 minutes, burned 207 calories, HR was 111/146.

Diane - My sister-in-law was just like you with her allergies, she couldn't even go outside without an attack. Now she is on a once a month injection that has done wonders for her. Has your doctors ever mentioned this? If not, I can give you the name of it and you can talk to your doctor about it. It has seriously changed her life. She can even be around cats now. It truly is amazing how well she is doing with it. Let me know. Good job on your workouts!!

Roselyn - Nice job on the trampoline workout.

Belinda - Hope your DH is doing ok. Did he go to a PE facility for a while? My mom did that and it did help tremendously.

Jolie - Where are you? I hope nothing has happened. The thing with this sort of friendship is that if something happens to one of us, how would anyone know? It always worries me when people stop posting and it's been a while for you. I hope all is well. At least give us a basic update if you are reading this.

Have a great day everyone!!

Hi,

I did live zoom dance and Pilates stretching.

Debbie - thank you. DH is doing well and walking on crutches. He will start physical therapy next week. It‘s my husbands 2nd hip replacement. This one was a lot easier on him than his first one. DH worked out until his surgery, that helped him a lot too. Great job on your workout today.

Diane - you doing great with your workouts considering you moving. Good luck with your move. Before you know it, you will be doing longer workouts again. DH is doing so good. Like I mentioned to Debbie, his 2nd surgery was a lot easier/he is healing faster than this first one. They made him walk right after his surgery.

I will be back tomorrow.

This morning I did RAW Glute Finisher, love that one. It is a burner. Then I got on my treadmill and walked for about .75 miles.

Workout was 48 minutes, burned 227 calories (why so low lately? Weird), did 3218 steps and HR was 102/129.

Have a great weekend everyone!

2.04 mile walk for me before the severe weather breaks loose. We are in a tornado watch last week we were in a winter storm advisory.
