This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #8 and had a great workout. Not much kicking at all in this one, which I'm glad.

Workout was 31 minutes, burned 273 calories, did 2916 steps and HR was 136/165.

Belinda - Great a job on your workout!

Roselyn - Hopefully it won't take that long for them to see what that fluid is. Does your knee still hurt? What did he say about it getting better? Don't think the worst, it does no one any good. I am praying for you.

Roxie - Wow, that is so weird. I just find that so strange. I wonder if money had anything to do with it but I can't imagine those girls would ask Kelly for a cut of her profits. But you never know.

Today I did RAW Below the Belt. I've never done this one but it was pretty good. Started out using my 5# ankle weights but wow, that was too much. I went down to my 2# ankle weights. There was a standing and lying portion. Also had a bit of ab work in t which I certainly need!!

Workout was 34 minutes, burned 100 calories, HR was 80/104.

Great workouts everyone wish I could but I'm resting. I was at the ER all day yesterday. I just couldn't take the pain anymore so they got more fluid out of my knee and this time it was all blood. Sorry if I'm grossing anyone out so they sent it away to see what the white blood count was And they are growing a culture on it which should be done tomorrow so they said probably some kind of infection it just depends on what kind with the next step either antibiotics or if it needs to be cleaned out, they would have to do that so I'm hoping that getting the rest of that out they said it probably was hurting so bad still hurting, but I'm got a pain pill that sadly didn't touch the pain at all yet so hopefully rest and that healing will start happening. I did talk to the doctors about it cause there is septic arthritis and they said you have no signs of septic. We just think it's probably infection from arthritis or old injury and I don't ever remember hurting my knee. Maybe I did hurt it if I did it was nothing catastrophic cause I don't remember just send some prayers at this healing starts.

Sorry I am not getting here as much. I do not get to my computer as often since it is in the bedroom. I am on my tablet today which I hate typing
Monday I did Lauren improve your posture and balance, 27 minutes.
Tuesday i did Lauren Cardio Barre/dance and 1 Dumbbell Strength workout.66 minutes 321 calories.
Wednesday i did Lauren Flow Sculpt and Strength 32 minutes 85 calories,after doing CDorner old school aerobics 80/ 90's, 62 minutes total, 261 calories.
Thursday i did 30 mi utes to fitness Vibration Board Challenge which is balance noves on a vibratiin plate, 15 minutes 55 calories and Lauen Strength Supersets weight training,45 minutes. Total time 60 minutes 240 calories.
Yesterday was a rest day and I went with my husband to drive back from an eye appointment since the needed to dilated his eyes.
I may do some cardii this morning.

Roselyn, sending prayers for you. I hope it gets better soon.

Today I did Lauren Senior Shape Cardio Kickboxing, 32 minutes, 211 calories, heart rate 134/155. Off to get showered and dressed before my grocery order shows up.

Today I did Pilates for the spine. We went shopping to Tysons Corner Mall. Had lunch. Tomorrow DD having surgery again. Please keep her in your prayers.

This morning I did RAW Box & Pump 2 and had a great workout. Love the music in this one. Wish Kelly would do more of these but with this kind of music. I hate the new on she put out. :(

Workout was 43 minutes, burned 330 calories, did 3573 steps and HR was 130/164.

Roselyn - I sure hope you are doing better. Please update us when you have the chance.

Diane - Great job with all your workouts!! I'm sure you are busy right now trying to find a house and all. I hope you are getting closer to that!!

Belinda - Great job with your workouts too. I will keep your daughter in my prayers.

Today I did Lauren SS Full Body Resistance Band workout?? knee Friendly and Stretch 42 minutes, 125 calories. Some interesting moves and I expect I may be sore from it. Lower portion was on the floor and really worked the hips. I followed with Lauren Lower Body Stretch and Strength for Better Mobility and Hip Pain, 26 minutes, 59 calories. Total time 68 minutes, 184 calories.
 
Not doing well at all, I came back to the ER last night because I spiked a fever had emergency knee arthroscopic surgery. They cleaned out infection which turned out to be staph WTH so I'm in the hospital again tonight ,the infectious disease doctor said he's going to see what the cultures grow plus the staph diagnosis to pinpoint what kind of anabiotic so it's two weeks of IV antibiotics. He
said then they'll check my numbers to see if I need more IV antibiotics or oral all right may take care of it in two weeks
had PT today and walking is so much better with these incisions in my knee than when the infection was there, I couldn't put any weight on. I can put weight on it now. No temperature obviously I won't be a workout girl for a while and that's bumming me out. So I have no idea where this came from. I remember scratching a little bite maybe on my leg a couple weeks ago but this doctor said it could be anything and I'll staff everywhere. Maybe I did a little got in there. I have no idea but he said you're gonna be OK. It's just gonna be a lot of antibiotics for a while so that'll put a pic line in this is just so disgusting for me because I'm never sick. I only hospital stay was my kids and then I had that hip replacement and went home the same day. I'm just so bummed I'm gonna be missing working out at my PT girl said you will work out again. She's probably working out is going to help you heal quicker because I can't even do upper body with a pic line in. I started this with not well. I am better than yesterday, but I'm just sad. I have to go through this.

Workout was 31 minutes, burned 265 calories, did 3125 steps and HR was 136/160.

Roselyn - OMG!! I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. How scary! I'm so glad you are doing ok and will be better eventually. That is crazy, how on earth does something like that just happen? Wow. How long do you need to stay at the hospital. I am sending you good vibes and hugs and hope you get better really fast!!

Today I did Lauren walking Workout 29 minutes, 199 calories, heart rate 137/162. Then I have been vacuuming this big house, so it is clean for the family when they come back from camp and vacation.

Roselyn, that is awful. Still praying for you. I would not thought of it being a staph infection. I hope the antibiotics help you heal quickly.

Debbie, good job on Raw NRG Kickbox one on one today.

Belinda, nice work on Pilates for the Spine. Praying for your daughter's surgery to go well.

Roselyn - OMG! You poor thing. I am so sorry you are going through this. I hope the antibiotics will help soon.

Debbie - nice job on your KB workout.

Diane - great job on Lauren walking workout. I am sure your family will appreciate you vacuumed the entire house.Thank you on DD. The surgery went well. Very long day. Now we have to wait for the results to come back normal.

This morning I really didn't feel like working out. I'm not sure what's going on when I wake up, but I feel horrible. I feel like I haven't even slept at night. I'm starting to wonder if I have sleep apnea? I might have to get tested for it soon because I can't keep going on like this. I don't seem to have any symptoms of it, though. I do snore a bit, but I don't stop breathing. After I worked out I felt great, but this morning was bad as was yesterday and the day before.

This morning I did RAW Strength 1 Cardio Acceleration and had a great workout. Love these workouts, they are fun and tough. Used the same weights I have in the past so I'm back to where I was before I was injured.

Workout was 35 minutes, burned 226 calories, did 1162 steps and HR was 112/144.

Diane - Great job with your workout. I have vacuuming. I have a robot vac upstairs and downstairs and only have to vacuum a few areas. I love them. They mop as well.

Belinda - Nice job on your workout and so glad to hear your daughters surgery went well. Still praying for her.

I forgot to hit enter last night:

I did another dance. My dance instructor is on vacation until next week. I am trying to catch up on dances I missed. I also did seated Pilates with the pilates ball.

Debbie - maybe get tested for sleep apnea. I am getting retested in September, I am not sure if I have sleep apnea. Great job on your workout this morning. Thank you for your continues support. I really appreciate it.

So I am home my husband has to do an IV push on me three times a day. I'll get a blood test next week to see if it's improving ,right now on this until August 9. The infectious disease doctor said if numbers improve, we can put you on oral I just never really felt bad. It was just my knee hurting. They all were laughing at me cause I said well I ever work out again I said yes you will, but you have to take this time to rest and heal from this. and it's so true I went through the right channels maybe I should've went right to an ER but who goes to an ER when your knee hurts and when the urgent care guy said bursitis I thought well it's got to clear up. Ion my first ER visit. They drew more cultures and thought it was a hemarthrosis but Sunday I told my husband I think I have to go to the ER and it wasn't that he didn't want to take me but he said well we're supposed to wait on cultures. I said this isn't normal to be running this fever something's not right in my body so we went I was kidding. Halleman said see I told you and I think he feels bad cause I was reading stuff and I had all the symptoms of septic arthritis, which is what they call any infection in a joint. Just send the prayers girls.

This morning I did RAW Kickbox NRG w/Kitty and had a great workout. I really love this one, it is fun. I love every combo.

Workout was 33 minutes, burned 310 calories, did 4543 steps and HR was146/181.

Belinda - Great going catching up on missed dances!! Yea, I may get tested soon. Now this morning I feel great. I don't get it.

Roselyn - I hope you are healing fast!!!

Yesterday I did not get a workout in. My grandson came in early from camp and we picked him up and got lunch then later took him to a meeting he had for being a helper for a kids camp. Today I did Lauren Standing Supersets using 12's for heavy and 8's and 10's for upper body. She uses 5's and 10's and suggest slower if using heavier weights. This was 45 minutes, 198 calories and I followed with Standing Active Recovery and Stretch, 14 minutes, 58 calories. Total time 59 minutes, 256 calories.

Belinda, I am glad that your daughter's surgery went well. Nice work catching up on dances that you missed and getting in some pilates work.

Debbie, nice work on Raw NRG with Kitty and yesterday's Raw Cardio Acceleration. My daughter had a Robotic vacuum upstairs. They spent a lot on this one as the first ones died. I think it needs help though. It starts up every morning when I am having coffee and devotions and then says it is the end of the day:rolleyes: I think it needs help. It cost so much my daughter said her husband wouldn't tell her how much it was. It was working when we got here, but would get lost in their bedroom and die. I wake up exhausted, but I doubt it is sleep apnea. I think it is because even though I sleep I am aware of every move my husband makes and up and down at night and when my dog is moving around the room. Once he whines around 6 am i promply move him to the living room and go back to sleep in the recliner. It takes me a while to feel awake. I make coffee and am so tired I run the expresso machine and turn the water on to add to the express only to realize I am just running hot water out of it. Once I get going I am okay, but if I sit down mid afternoon I fall asleep.

Roselyn, I am glad that you will be okay. I think most of us would not have ran to the doctor for knee pain. I am sure it must have been hurting very badly when you decided to go.
