Yesterday I did CDorner Cardio Burn Interval Training, 29 minutes, 176 calories, heart rate 128/169. Then I did Pyramid Pump Chest and Shoulders 14 minutes, 76 calories. I finished with CDorner Day 18 mobility challenge chest and shoulders stretch, 13 minutes, 27 calories. Total time 56 minutes, 279 calories.

Belinda, nice work on JS TB Circuit 2 and today's on Demand dance and Jessica Smith yoga flow release. I am so sleepy all of the time. We had an errand to run yesterday and I felt so ill. I guess from the meds. It passed after a while and I took a nap after I got home.

Roselyn, good job getting in leg day.

Debbie, praying your brother is well enough to go home tomorrow. Nice work on STS 2 Upper Body 1 Friday and Raw Kickboxing 5 on Friday.
 
Today I did Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Had a great workout. Love this workout but it's fast reps. I lifted heavy and went way slower and took longer rest.

Had a great workout. Workout was 53 minutes, burned 275 calories, and HR was 112/142.

Jolie - Glad your flooring went in well, I hope they fix the dips. They will crack eventually. Great job with your workouts.

My brother is doing well, just still in the hospital but doing well. Hopefully he will be released soon!!

Today's workouts was Cathe's Pure Strength, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I had a great workout today. I had to pause in between sets because I lifted much heavier than Cathe, I was in need of longer rest periods.

Debbie, great job with your workout, I love that one. I am so happy to hear that your brother is recovering from his surgery, that must have been very stressful for you.

Belinda, great job on the On Demand dance and yoga flow today. Can you just believe that I now have to re do an upstairs bathroom? I feel like everything is breaking in the house right now :(

Roselyn, nice job on the leg workout.

Daine Sue, nice job on the Pyramid pump and your stretch! How are you doing today, are you feeling better?

Hi,

I saw neurologist for my burning feet today, he believes I have small fiber neuropathy which can manifest from RP. He ordered a full head and spine MRI and ran blood tests.

I did a OnDemand dance and Jessica Smith TB Circuit 3.

Diane - great job on your workout. MTX can make you sleepy. I am always tired on all those meds I take.

Debbie - glad your brother is feeling better from his surgery. Great job today.

Jolie - yikes, on the bathroom. I also have to redo our master bathroom at one point. I feel like my house is falling apart too. Nice job on your workouts. My Rheumatologist is taking me off the infusions and putting me on new meds. I will give those meds a try. It suppose not make you fatigue like the other medications. I will start the end of this month.

Roselyn- great job on your upper body today.

Today I did CDorner Rockn' Cardio (tabata blast) 32 minutes, 223 calories, heart rate 139/162 followed with CDorner Full Body Stretch, first 17 minutes, 41 calories. Total time 49 minutes, 264 calories.

Debbie, great job on Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I think you are thinking of the Intensity Series Pyramid workouts. The one I have been doing is from the LITE series. They have the pyramid segments as add ons to the other workouts in the series and in one long workout with upper and lower on an individual dvd. The dvd itself has various premixes like pyramid up or down or just upper and just lower.

Jolie, good job on the pup walks and Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I am feeling better today.

Roselyn, nice work on Chest Shoulders and Triceps today. I pre-ordered the new workouts.

This morning I did RAW Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing w/Zach and had a great workout. Love this one, it is my all time favorite!!!

Workout was 40 minutes, burned 319 calories, did 2301 steps and HR was 135/160.

Jolie - Funny we did the same workout yesterday. I love PS.

Roselyn - Great job on your workout. Yes, this is a stressful situation, but he is doing great now.

Belinda - Sorry you have to go through more tests, just what you want, I'm sure!! Great job with your workout!!

Diane - Nice workout yesterday. I hope you are finally feeling a bit better. Yes, I was thinking the intensity series. Do you like the LITE series of workouts?

Hi,

Today I did OnDemand belly dance techniques from yesterday. It was mostly isolations, not to bad. I also did Yoga Journal: Total Body Yoga - Part 1. It was tough yoga practice. I had to modify the heck out of this one. I think, it has 9 yoga practice. I will go through them one by one. Hopefully it they will get easier.

Debbie - thank you! Yeah, just what I want.Great job on your Raw Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing.

Diane - great job on Rockn' Cardio + CDorner Full Body Stretch. Are you feeling any better? I forgot to mention, if you take MTX..make sure you eat lots of carbs. It will help with the nausea. I learned that on my RP group.

Debbie, nice job on Raw Heavy Bag and Shadowboxing today. Yes, I like the LITE Series. Weights today that I did are what Cathe used except for the barbell stuff where she used 25# and 30# barbell. I had went over it ahead of time and thought it would work for me. As far as the deadlifts, I did a hip hinge and not far enough down to feel my back round. Still can feel it in my legs. I am glad to hear that your brother is much better.

Belinda, it looks like we posted about the same time yesterday. I am sorry that you have to go for the mri and blood testing. It seems like it never ends. Good job on yesterday's On Demand Dance and JS TB CIrcuit 3 and today's Belly dance techniques and Yoga Journal Part 1. Some yoga practices can be quite challenging. I feel so tired, and it seems I end up having to sit down and usually fall asleep midafternoon which is not something I usually do. I have been making sure I have had plenty to eat before taking MTX. Today was my day to take it again.
I generally get about 35% of my calories from carbs. More than I used to, but I just cannot eat enough protein to gain weight and keep fat down.
