This morning I did Iron 20 - Superset Arms, Abs and Core. LOL, I was just complaining about her not doing much biceps and this is a biceps workout. But she really doesn't work biceps that much in this series. This was an ok workout, I didn't care much for the ab section, she does some really hard ab work and I had to modify or change the exercise. And it went on and on. But I did what I could.

Killer workout, especially the biceps. Hardly any rest through it all.

Workout was 39 minutes, burned 138 calories, HR was 89/134.

Yesterday I did Lauren's Cardio Tabata Low Impact Kickboxing 33 minutes, 238 calories, heart rate 139/162 and a increase energy and feel great unmotivated workout using a pilates ball ,23 minutes, 88 calories. Total time 56 minutes, 326 calories.
Today I did Lauren's 1 dumbbell strength workout back, biceps, hips focus 35 minutes, and Japanese walk workout that does intervals of slower, moves and faster versions adding in arms. There was about 5 minutes of a CDorner hiit workout which I stopped at down to the floor plank. I did not separate them so total time was 72 minutes, 386 calories, 4,226 steps.

Belinda, I have not received my dvds yet. I did not order downloads this time. I looked at the exercises in the workout manager.

Great jobs on the workouts.
 
Friday's workout was 4 miles of walking the pup. Today I did Body Beast Bulk Shoulders and had an excellent workout. I could not get my Ript90 Shoulders DVD to load to save my life, so I did Body Beast and I am glad that I did. Wow, I love these workouts so much, traditional lifting exercises with NO fluff. My Shoulders are going to be "talking to me" tomorrow! I did not go really heavy since I have not done a heavy workout in a while and I did not want to pull a muscle or hurt my back. I still felt the burn anyway.

Great job with the workouts everyone. Sunny and warm today, I am going shopping to an outside mall at the beach today with my pup. I want some fresh air, and he loves all of the dogs he gets to visit with, and they have the best dog treats in the stores!

I didn’t sleep well last night. I been dragging all day. I did managed to do a short Pilates for the hip. Resting now.

Diane - I haven’t received my dvd. I ordered both. I need to recheck my downloads they keep freezing. Could be also the strong winds we are having. I am mirror image to my TV. Glad you enjoy Lauren’s workouts.

Yesterday, I did Lauren's Energizing Interval walking 24 minutes, 125 calories, heart rate 115/165 heart rate, 2,141 step and Power Pilates 35 minutes 88 calories. 59 minutes, 213 calories, 2,255 steps total. I used the pilates setting on my Garmin and I bet the calorie burn would have been more just using cardio. No workout today. I have a busy week next week.

Debbie, nice work on Super Sets arms, abs, and core. I think we do get in a lot of biceps with most upper body workouts. There was another instructor that I remember saying they did not do biceps much because it was not needed. I cannot remember who it was. It was a lot of years ago.

Jolie, good job on the walking the pup and Body Beast Bulk Shoulders.

Belinda good job getting in pilates yesterday and today's On Demand Dance and Zoom pilates class. My dvds should be here tomorrow.

Roselyn, good job on the rebounder and today's legs workout.

Today I did a JS TB workout. I didn’t go heavy on the Lower body. I also did Pilates for the lower body, it was only 15 min.

I have PT this afternoon. I didn’t wanted to overdue it. They do work my hip/hamstring/core.

Diane - well done on Lauren's Energizing Interval walking and Power Pilates. My DVD’s came today.

This morning I did Iron 21 - Leg Dumbbell Supersets. I really didn't feel like working legs again and my knees were bothering me a bit today. I put my own music on because Caroline's is just repeated every workout and I'm getting sick of it. I did what I could (almost all of it) and with lighter weights.

Killer workout, with warmup and cool down it was 43 minutes, burned 174 calories and HR was 96/127.

I went for a 2.17 mile walk after getting some sunshine it was 80 here today but temperatu are dropping into the 50’s tomorrow so enjoyed it.

Today I did CDorner Vertical Step #519, 204 calories, 31 minutes, heartrate 136/164, 3005 steps. I finished with Lauren's superset arms 15 minutes, 82 calories, heart rate 112/129. Total time was 46 minutes, 286 calories. My dvds did not arrive today. They will probably be here tomorrow since they were in MO this morning.

Belinda, good job on JS TB and pilates. PT can be like a whole other workout. I am hoping my workouts show up tomorrow. I have my ladies group valentines game day I will be going to so probably won't get a workout in unless I manage to wake up early.

Roxie - 80 where you are? What state do you live in again? Iowa? I didn't think it got that warm there. We warmer for sure and we are all liking it. It has been way too cold this winter!!!

I am so busy at work and I'm not sure if I told you guys or not, my step brother passed last Wednesday. I am still in shock. His funeral is Thursday so I will be going to that for sure. Him and I were very close, I will miss him a great deal. He was only 43.

Today was live zoom dance and Pilates for the hips.

I am not sure about PT? Not sure if this is a normal practice? So far, I seen 3 different therapist.They all do something different things? I thought therapy is one on one? Yesterday she was double booking. I don‘t like it when they switching from one patient to the next.

Debbie - OMG! My deepest condolences to you and your family. Didn‘t your brother had a heart condition? I am so sorry for your loss :( So young :( I am heartbroken for you.

Diane - yes, PT can be on a different level. I have no idea what the therapist did yesterday, I was in so much pain all night long. I made an appointment with my doctor. They have to figure this one out. Being in so much pain is not normal. Enjoy your ladies group today.

Debbie I live in Kansas it can get up to over 100 here but it 56 and windy today yesterday was not normal
 
No workout today. I spent time packing stuff after I got home.

Debbie, I am so sorry that your brother passed. He was not that old. Sending prayers for you. Good idea to try to find out why the pain. I had a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and it was a couple of years later when I finally found out the bone spur was tearing my rotator cuff. They were probably irritating things more than help because I would go home in pain after the digging in and moving it around. It would lesson after a couple of days and I would go back and go through the bad pain all over again.
 
Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your stepbrother! My prayers are with you and your family during such a difficult time.

Monday and Tuesday were dog walks and good ones through the hills. Hill climbs really make my hamstrings tight; I have to stretch today. Today I did Body Beast Bulk Chest and had a great workout. I did not go any heavier than 17.5 pound DB's because I have not lifted heavy in a long time and I am going to have to ease into it slowly.

We have rain today and I welcome it.

I hope you all have a great day. I am going to the Dermatologist today for a chemical peel for my face. I have never done it, but I was advised to do it for all of the sun damage from living in the sun my whole life. I have great skin, but I want some of the sunspots to go away. I have been doing infrared light on my face every day for the past month and all of my wrinkles have gone away for the most part. I love light therapy.
 
Hi all, no workout for me today. I woke up at 3:30 and could not go back to sleep. I have so much work to do with my Solo & Ensemble coming up and everything was going through my head.

Thanks for the condolences - it wasn't my actual brother who passed, it was my step-brother. My brother did have open heart surgery last July and is doing great now. Thank God. I don't know what I'd do without him.

Jesse was my step-brother and quite a bit younger than me, but we did get along great and texted and called each other quite a bit. I'd see him at least yearly for lunch with him and my step-mom. So I will miss him and I still can't believe he's gone.
