Cathe is selling all her stuff? Is she not going to offer stuff anymore? That seems odd.

This morning I did RAW Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing with Zach. I wish she'd do more of these, I'm not much for kickboxing, I'd rather just do boxing. Anyways, had a great workout.

Workout was 34 minutes (I skipped the abs), burned 305 calories, HR was146/182 (my HR is off the charts, I am so stressed about my upcoming event. I just feel like I have no time this week) and I did 2025 steps.

I had the shingles and Pneumonia vaccine. I been trying to avoid getting the 2nd shingles shot, my rheum wanted me to get it. I am scheduled for the Intra-articular steroid injections next Monday. I talked to my rheumalogist, he thought I should get it to see if it helps with the pain. Not sure if I mentioned it? I stopped physical therapy on. It made the pain worse. I think after talking to my doc, they pulled on my leg which probably caused the pain in my hip.I still do pilates/yoga to strengthen my hip. I also didn‘t like the fact that I saw a different therapist every time. They also worked on 2 patients at a time.

I did yoga for the hips and a short Pilates. Both open up my hip. BBL

Today I did Elevate Barre Bootcamp, 48 minutes, 168 calories, heart rate 96/126. I had to be careful with those cross-back lunges because my knee does not like it. I finished with Elevate Mobility Timesaver #2, 31 minutes, 122 calories. I do not like all of the twisting and down dog stuff. I am okay with the short anytime mix, but had a hard time modifying with the flow of moves put together. I tried to avoid getting into the down dog and the twisting and it just did not work. It was disappointing.

Belinda, I had a pt that was like that. They set me up with a college student to monitor the moves I was supposed to do and set me up with the hot pillow and 10's and would spend a few minutes manipulating things and send me home. I did not get to see the same person every time. I did not like it at all. How can you discuss how things are going if you see different people. The last one I had was great. I hope they can help you figure out the pain. I got the email from Cathe's. I am disappointed as I like having the premixes available. That is the main reason I choose to get the dvds. Plus I have them all and feel spending money for on Demand would be a waste.

Debbie, nice work on Raw Heavy Bag and Shadow Boxing. I am getting a lot of shorter workouts in and missing days. I doubt I get in a workout tomorrow. We have to leave the house for 3 hours for an inspection. My dog is going to love sitting in the car for that long. I am sure he will be drooling and whining.
 
Good morning,

Taking a rest day today. Not feeling so well today. I have chills, headaches, I can‘t hardly lift my arm. My face is swollen. I had zero side effects with the first short. I hope by tomorrow it will pass.

Diane - good job on the barre bootcamp. I hear you on the premixes and OnDemand. The PT wasn‘t a good fit for me. They charged my insurance a lot of $$.

This morning I did Iron 26 - Leg Circuits. What a great workout, I really enjoyed it. By the third circuit, my legs were rubber.

60/30 - 30 seconds rest between each exercise in the circuit which was nice. I used my bench with 5 risers for the step-ups. Killer!

This morning I did Iron 27 - Upper Body Superset Circuits. This was tough but I enjoyed it. I only have 3 more in this series to do. I can't believe I stuck with the whole thing. I think I skipped two glute workouts because I just felt it was overkill. I may look into some of her other series on Youtube. If any of you have done them, which one is a good one?

I did a yoga this morning, deciding if I want to get a weight workout in today or not?

Tomorrow I get the steroid intra articular injection. I doubt I can workout tomorrow? I am getting a little nervous about the injection. We shall see. I do have a live zoom Pilates later today.

I did Raw Band & Barre today. It’s only 22 degrees today but back to the 60’s by Tuesday.

Debbie-Cathe announced she will no longer being dvds she is going to all streaming so yes she is selling her stuff

So my appointment for the steroid intra articular injection got canceled due to the weather. They canceled all the appointments before 10 am. I guess, I will have to wait for another date.

I did CL# 305 Burn Sets: Express legs heavy weights - 30 min + 30 min Standing Pilates.

This morning I did Iron 30 - Arms, Abs and Core. I should have done #28, but it was a glute workout, 29 was a leg workout and I can't even walk right right now. LOL! I walked so much during Saturday's Solo & Ensemble - over 20,000, that I am still quite sore. So I did #30.

Ab work here. I did the first four exercises and stopped at the plank work.

My biceps were really screaming. Loved this workout!!

No workouts this weekend or today. We had the appraiser out today. Hopefully we are done with the visits and having to leave the house. I still have packing to do and time is getting short. We did a lot of packing and storage and small fixes this weekend. I did take time to go to take my granddaughter and her boyfriend to church with me yesterday. Then we went took them to lunch. I am hoping to work out tomorrow. I am going to pack up some stuff in the utility room. I got an email from Cathe on the last cycling workout Cathe had on dvd and it is arriving the 9th. I just set our mail to go to my daughter's house on the sixth so it may be floating around to reach it's destination.

Belinda, I am sorry you didn't get the injection because of weather. Nice work on CL # 305 burn sets express heavy legs burn sets. I am doing fine. Just weary from getting things together. One thing about the streaming is that I am not so worried about packing up a lot of my workouts. I picked a few to take with me to do at my daughter's knowing that I can get streaming if I want. They do have a gym in their house with a cable machine, weights and elliptical and climber. I am taking both sets of Lift Move and Restore workouts.

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #7, had a good workout. Getting sort of tired of boxing workouts but I don't know what else to do.

Workout was 34 minutes, burned 266 calories, did 3475 steps and HR was132/162.

Diane - Do you guys have a house to move into yet? Or are you going to live with your daughter for a while? Sounds like such a huge endeavor. Yikes!!

Belinda - Sorry to hear you couldn't do your injection. We had bad weather here too.

Hi,

Today I did live zoom dance plus Pilates Happy Hips.

I have a CT angio with contrast for my enlarged atery tomorrow. I will workout once I get home.

Diane - thank you. I hope they will call me soon for another appointment. DH is getting a hip replacement on Tuesday. I don‘t have time to get anything done. Yikes, on the move. Moving is a lot of work. Why did you move anyway? Are you moving into a smaller house? I hope everything goes smoothly and stress free. That is great your DD has a nice gym. I am sure you find different ways to workout. LMR is a good one.

Today I attempted to do Iron 28 - Dumbbell Glute Workout. She really gets into working her glutes and this is why I skipped two of them. It's just too much. My glutes were screaming at me and I was only half way done with the workout. I stopped it and then went to RAW Glute Finisher. Kelly does some firewalker stuff in this on so I did that part of the workout. I think I've done this one before although it says it was posted only a month ago.

I won't list the exercises, all the same stuff as before - Hip Thrusts that go on and on, clam shells, leg lifts, etc. One more from the Iron series and I'm not sure what I will do next.

Workout was 39 minutes, burned only 169 calories, HR was 96/142.
