I can't take credit for yard max, Jody came up with that and I stole it! Now Jody has given me stair max too! And no, I do not know my 88 times tables!
Linda, I think that's wonderful you do full rest days and mobility work. I have always struggled with doing that, believing my muscles will literally shrivel up and die of I don't work them almost every time I work out. But I also love working my muscles almost every time I work out!
Jody, are you caring for your mum these days? I don't have any experience flying American, sorry.
I'm doing Cathe's April rotation and today was All Out LI Hiit and I think I sweated about a gallon. We hit 90 today and we're just not used to that, even when working out indoors with a/c! I am spoiled here.
