Getting it done for July 2014!

Evening!

After yoga yesterday I did a 2 mile walk.

Today was Cardio Core Circuit. I did the Express premix which is about 30min.

Then off to a busy day at work.

Sherry: great job on your walk and run. This rain here is making things so muggy. YUCK!
My workouts are a mix of digital downloads or DVD's. I like mixing things up so I don't get too bored with the same routine. ;)

Belinda: Wow! Nice job on your workouts today! :) I bet your beat! LOL! Just make sure to drink more water too.

I am being careful on the back exercises after that Z workout the other day. I am really having an issue right now. Today was suppose to be XT chest, back and shoulders but I woke up really sore in my lower back and I didnt want to take a chance.

Tomorrow I am doing a walk and a bike workout. :)

Dog walk, P90X CST and ARX - all done. Kept it lighter on CST because it had been awhile since I did this wo, and I wasn't sure what weight to use. I'll go up next time.

Belinda - WOW! Did you have the energy to do anything else after all that? Good thing you took a rest day yesterday.

Heidi - Yes, take it easy when the lower back starts bothering you. CCC isn't exactly easy, but at least there isn't any weight.

SBF Bring Sally Up Planks = 10 min + Upper Body and core = 20 min is done.

Sherry - I took 4 day's off last week, have no idea where that energy came from:p Fantastic job on Dog walk, P90X CST and ARX.

Heidi - thanks for the tip on the water. After I read your post, I filled up a glass of water. Good job with your workouts, girls. Hope your back is feeling better soon. ZWOW can be tough on the body. I can't do all that jumping, either my back or feet hurt? Glad you listen to your body.

Run 2.50
Z kettle bell online workout: 7/28
Then an online bike wo: 8.50 miles phew! Endurance ride.

Sherry: Great job on your workout and going lighter. Having not done a workout like that in awhile I would do the same. :) At least you know your starting point.

Belinda: Nice job too on your workouts and remembering to drink your water. :)

My back is better thanks everyone! yup listening to my body helps. I am still going to take it slow going back to weights or back workouts. I only used a 10#KB today too. :)

It is getting cooler here with less humidity finally. YEAH! Windows are open and A/C is off!

Oh Amazed we had a tornado here...about 35 min from where I live. It made quite a mess of the town of Revere but everyone is safe.
My DD texted me from a stairwell while she waited it out. She wasn't in danger it was a precaution from the company she works for in Danvers. PHEW!

Good Evening!

Dog walk, almost 3 mile run, and StretchMax with band all done. Need to change up my route to get an actual 3. Felt really good, and I could easily have gone longer, but just ramping my miles up, so taking it slow.

Belinda - Almost like an easy day for you! ;) As for water, I drink so much, that I think I pee nearly every hour. Some days, if traffic is bad, I nearly need to make a pit stop on the way home from work.

Heidi - Great endurance wo today. Glad everyone is safe from the weather. Loving the cool nights here, too.

Good afternoon,

I walked the dogs for 45 min this morning. Just finished SBF LB Cardio = 20 min + LB 2 = 20 min. I am getting ready to do STS D38 Squat Rack legs.

Sherry - lol, you can say that;) I made up for it today:p Good job on your walk and run. Love SM w/the bands.

Heidi - nice job with your workout yesterday, glad you feeling better.

Morning!

Yesterday was a rest day and loads of workout to do.

This morning I did XT Cardio Leg Blast. Kept the wts to a max of 15#. My back is kinda achy this morning....mattress needs to be updated I think. ;)

Sherry: Great job on your runs! Ramping up the mileage slowly is a great plan for sure.
Awesome job on B&B and ARX. :)

Belinda: Wow you sure made up for taking some time off. :) Great job!

Dog walk, 3 mile run, dog walk and STS ExStretch all done! And, I even have bicep DOMS today from yesterday's wo. Loving it! I rarely get it in the biceps.

Belinda - You did make up for it yesterday - that's lots of time spent huffing and puffing. Seriously, did you have any energy to do anything today?

Heidi - I think 15# was plenty for that wo, especially if your back still hurts. Hopefully that rest day helped lots.
