I just walked the dogs for 45 min.

Sherry - wtg, on KempoX and dog walk. Heard it's a good one. One off those day's I will do P90X the original;)

Heidi - where are you?

Sherry: Awesome on KempoX workout!

Belinda: Great job on your doggie walk. :) I am here but was busy yesterday with work. Didn't get in a workout until late last night.

Sunday: I helped my Daughter in-law release some baby rabbits. :) Hung out most of the day with friends at the pool. Yup a lazy day for me for sure. LOL!

I did a spin and core workout from studio sweat online. Only did a total of 30min. it was really hot and muggy here and DH wasn't putting on A/C. Argh! Hate the heat and muggies! makes me sick to my stomach and not helping with this on going headache.

Will be seeing a Doc finally but of course can't get in until Aug 21st!

Have a/c on now and today it will be in the 90's!

Plan for this morning: XT chest, back and shoulders.

Off to it now that it is a bit cooler!

I also did Look Better Naked w/Jessica Smith. I was sweating buckets:eek: Nice Metabolic workout. Have to pull that one out more often.

Heidi - glad you enjoy studio sweat online! Need to check them out one day. So many workouts and so little time. Fantastic job on your workout as well.

Hi all!

2 mile interval run done - outside again! :) - plus dog walk, stretch and ARX. Not bad. Eating in check. However, MFP is not working on my phone, so not logging food. Bummer. Will need to reload it I guess.

Heidi - Great wo's! Hope DH keeps the AC on for you. Always takes a long time to get in to see specialists. I"m sure you needed that pool day.

Belinda - I'm sure the dogs liked that nice long walk. And a nice sweaty wo on top of that for you. One of these days I'll do P90X3. ;)

Time to relax for the evening - cool breezy night here - perfect for doing nothing. Hope you had a good one.

Hey girls,

Went for a walk with the dogs this morning. I just took a live PiYo class = 58 min. It was great! A lot of planks,downward facing dog/ push ups:confused: I think the live classes are better than the DVD:eek: On the VF forum, I read a lot of people returning their PiYo dvd's. And no, I will not buy anymore dvd's:p Now, I got this out of my system:p

Hey Everyone,

I didn't think I'd make it (or stick with it) but I am rounding up my STS program this week. Super stoked about the weight I am lifting in this last Mesocycle :rolleyes:

Now I am torn - what to do next? At first I thought a STS/Gym Style rotation - but I can't see to find what I thought I had seen somewhere in the forums! Then I saw the 3 month Transformation rotation using STS + LIS. Then the Xtrain 90 day, or the Xtrain/LIS 90 day. :mad: I thought I was set on the transformation rotation, but now I'm not so sure. Thoughts? :eek:

ps. There must be a lot of happy dogs - all I see are posts about dog walks! :D

Loving this weather. By us its really comfortable, but still warm enough for shorts. It could stay like this the rest of the summer!
 
Late post, but finally a chance to say wo done - P90X C&B plus dog walk.

Belinda - Live class sounds great. Doing original because we already know it and the breaks are longer.

Heidi - Nice HiiT wo and run! Way to go!

Karen - High Fives for finishing STS! You are a better woman than me. So many choices on what to do next - take a week off and decide then.

Heidi - wtg, on your HiiT workout and run. At least you got it in, right?

Sherry - you do have P90X3 right? I have the original P90X, never done a rotation. Maybe I will break out my set in a few weeks? WTG!

Karen - congrats on finishing STS:D I love STS! I would do the GS's for a few weeks. Your muscles need a break from STS. Let us know, what you decide on?

It is a hard choice choosing between other rotations.. I get totally confused. LOL!
Personally I liked the Xtrain/LIS 90 day rotation. :)

Hi Belinda! Awesome job on your workout this morning! Sounds like a good mix of weights and cardio tabatas.

Today's workouts:

Studio sweat workout from July 6. 32min 9 sweaty miles. :)

Then topped off with The Daily Hiit Challenge day 2.

I meant to write down the type of exercises I did in that one but forgot to...
you do 2 exercises switch off with each for four minutes then move onto the next set. 4 sets all together for about 15 min total. PHEW!

Tomorrow is Day 3 and will add XT Tabata workout for my cardio. Trying to squeeze in my XT rotation too. ;)

Dog walk, 2 mile interval run and PlyoX - all done this evening - I'm wiped!

Belinda - Nice mix of wo's today. Yep, have 3 also. The original has longer breaks.

Heidi - 32 min and 9 miles? that's awesome, but not sure that's right. I'm sure it was a great sweat no matter what. What rotation are you doing now?

Karen - Take a look at Cathe' body building rotation. GS's are next - a nice follow-up to STS, as Belinda said.

Thanks to all of your suggestions on what to do after sts. I've decided to continue with gym style series next and do the January 2014 rotation that makes use if that series. Then I may continue with the body building rotation with the series suggested there. I'll see how I feel in a month. :)

Dh and I are planning a trip to Colorado in August so the last two nights were spent either walking hills or hiking nearby. Trying to prepare for the hiking ahead. My shins are killing me.

Holy smokes in workouts everyone. Sounds like everyone is kicking it up a notch!

Today's wo's - dog walk, S&A's (arms are on fire!), and ARX. I'm having trouble typing right now. Someone else better make dinner. I think my pants were a little looser this week, though the scale hasn't budged. I'll go with it.

Belinda - Awesome job on D21! Which round of STS is this one?

Karen - Good choice to go with GS's. What are you doing to prepare for the elevation change?
