P90X3 MMX and I did the abs #1 from Amy Bento "Stretch & Abs".

WO done - 1 mile of sprints and Hard Strikes. Squeezed it in between laundry and watching skating. They are all so incredible.

Belinda - Nice job on yesterday's and today's wo's. You even did your abs - I'm not good at that - need to get better. DS is feeling so much better. He's trying to catch up on homework and get back to school tomorrow.

Heidi - What are your plans today?

Yesterday ended up being a rest day! We ended up taking DS out for lunch for his birthday. We also went to a museum in DC, which was interesting. We had a fantastic time.

Today I am starting STS M2 W4 and P90X3 Week 7!

Sherry - wtg, on your run and HS! HS is tough alone:D I am also watching skating. They are all so incredible:eek:

Today's workout:
run: 3.28 rolling hills w/sp increases
Daily HiiT Day 11

Then rush to work. Very busy day.

This weekend was busy as well. Saturday was spent doing personal and business taxes. Glad to have them out of the way.

Sunday was House/Laundry Max.

Belinda: Wow you ought to be beat! Nice job on your workouts!

Sherry: Nice job on your run and Hard Strikes! :) So glad to hear that your son is feeling better. These darn colds and flu's can't get out of here fast enough. Same goes for the cold and snow! LOL!

Early tomorrow I am taking my Mom to her errands. So it will be another run around day for me. Have a great workout tomorrow and a good day as well.

WO done - XT Legs.

Belinda - Love the museums in DC. And there are so many restaurants to choose from. I'm sure you enjoyed the day. Keep up the great work.

Heidi - Jealous that you're done with taxes. We still need to do ours - and soon so that we can get the FAFSA turned in. Ugh! Great job on your run.

Quick tonight because I need to go get DD from soccer. DS feeling great thanks to meds.

Heidi - looks like you got a lot done this weekend. Good for you! We still need to do our taxes:( Did you ran outside? WTG, on that run girl. Have fun with your mom today.

Sherry - amazing job on Xtrain legs. Any DOMS yet? It wasn't crowded at all at the museum on Sunday, go figure:p Best part, they are all free! We went to a very nice French restaurant in Arlington. Yummy!

Hi all!

Tonight's wo - 1 mile of sprints followed by XT CBS - all done! No DOMs in the legs - confused? The pace is quick, so need to keep the weights lighter, but think I should be feeling them a bit, don't you? A few weeks ago I had trouble walking for days, so muscles are adapting - that's a good thing.

Belinda - Great job once again. Surprised the museum wasn't crowded - but then is the cold keeping everyone away? No way to run outside here - in the single digits and a bit icy. Everything is done on the treadmill.

Heidi - What did you get done today?

Yesterday - rest day - just too much going on.

Today - XT BS B&T's - done! Love how I'm progressing in weight! :)

Belinda - Couldn't make it without the treadmill. It's been so bitterly cold this winter. Don't' mind the snowy so much. However, we have a warming trend coming up which means it's going to be icy, too! Ugh! Great job on your awesome wo's! Is your DH still doing it with you?

Heidi - How are you doing? Being pummeled with white stuff?

Yesterday was work and yup Sherry quite the mess with snow again.
I too couldn't handle running without my TM. ;) very icy on the hills here. Don't trust drivers to slow either.

Looks like we're all doing it some good lately!

WO done - 1 mile of sprint intervals followed by Hard Strikes. I use weighted gloves when doing it (since I don't have boxing gloves), and I don't even feel it anymore in the shoulders. Love how the muscle are adapting. :)

Belinda - Great job! Glad you and DH are having fun doing it together. We're not quite on the same sync to do it together now, but maybe when the kids are gone . . .

Heidi - What were your wo's today besides ShovelMax? I'm really liking sprint intervals. The time seems to go by faster.

DH and I to have a quiet dinner - kids are out. Hope you get some quiet time, too.
 
Today's wo - Super Cuts - done. all the core work in this one really gets me.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. DH and I went shopping.

We did P90X3 MMX last night. DH had to stop he hurt his hip/back:eek:

Sherry - the reason, DH and I do P90X together..so he doesn't talk him self out of working out every day. 30 min a day he has no excuse. I really wanted the new series from Beachbody (21 Day Fix) more for the meal plan than for the workouts. I found all the info on the meal plan, it's all over the internet. Those little containers are nothing more than measuring cups with lids:p Good job with your workouts.

Belinda - Hope DH is feeling better today. Did he join you today for whatever you did? I noticed that the 21-Day Fix containers are available by themselves from BeachBody. Of course, it doesn't say the size since that is "proprietary" but that isn't a bad approach for those who have portion control issues (like me, maybe?).

Heidi - What did you get done today?

Back to laundry and getting dinner going. Turkey breast in the oven. Need to get the other fixin's done.
