Ended up taking a rest day today.

Sherry - all the info on the size of the containers are all over the internet:eek: If you want me too, I can post it here for you. I just bought some mesuring containers with lids at TJMax today. They only around 6.99:p. I will start the eating program on Monday, if you want me too I can sent you all the info I found:p As far as the workouts goes, I heard it's nothing new:confused: I think you can do Cathe's workouts instead.

This week is my recovery week. Next week I will start STS Meso3:D DH and I just finished P90X3 Isometrix, we also walked the dogs today.

Looks like your doing great with your runs and weights! AWESOME JOB! :) Just went back to peek at the last couple days I missed.

Friday I did get in my workout:
47.11 min run @3.30 miles
SH back and the planks
Daily Hiit Challenge day 13 (this also had planks!)

Believe me I have been feeling all those plank moves in my abs ever since! LOL!

Monday: Today I did an interval TM run. 2.51. Had eaten before my run so that was hard.

Saturday and Sunday I just did housework.

Tomorrow will be a another busy day at work so I am not sure what I will get accomplished w/o wise.

Have a great evening and I am sorry I have been MIA lately. Work is getting in my way these days.

Hi all!

ST B&T done. Worked it hard, so I fully expect my tri's to be feeling it tomorrow. Not usually the bi's, tho they pumped the iron quite hard, too. :)

Belinda - The way you've been going at it, I think you more than deserved the rest day. Can you PM the meal plan info? I fully expect to complete the XT rotation. I've never stuck with a rotation this long (starting the 7th week) so I must be enjoying it. I must be more motivated this time. Also, new job position without the travel is really helping.

Heidi - You are getting something done, and when you do, you aren't taking it easy. I completely understand how work can get in the way. Keep up the intensity when you can.

Off to collapse in front of the Olympics for the rest of the evening. Catch ya tomorrow.

Hey girls,

This morning I did Janet Jenkins Butts + Thighs =23 min, just walked the dogs for almost an hour. It's so nice outside! When DH comes home from work, we will do P90X3.

Hi all!

WO's today - ShovelMax this morning - 5", then 1 mile sprints and XT Legs (standing only) tonight. That's enough. We were up too late last night watching skating, then up early this morning because we knew we'd have to get out early. I think we're all worn out.

Belinda - I bet those dogs appreciated that walk. Our poor pup is just now getting out enough. She's patient, but getting a bit stir crazy like the rest of us. Thanks for sending the info. I've been working on adding more protein and think I finally have that down. Back to mixing a bit of flavored yogurt with cottage cheese (kind of like the poor man's greek yogurt) or hardboiled eggs with humus as snacks. That's getting me away from the bad carbs. And I take a large salad every day for lunch and more veggies with dinner, so going good there. It's the snacking that was the problem.

Heidi - What were your plans today?

Sherry - it's raining today, not sure if I walk the dogs today? I am glad you have your eating under control. It all comes town to clean eating. I been following the food plan since Monday, we shall see. I measure everything. We can do this!

Yesterday I did GS legs: floor work only. That's all I had time for.

Today I will start with my run. That seems to workout better. I have some upper doms in my back and triceps from the other day.
I also have inner thigh doms from GS legs. Those SB squeezes get you good!

Not sure what else I will do today....undecided.

A bit behind in wo's, but I'll be catching up this weekend.

Thursday - did my mile of sprints before dinner, but then sat down to rest afterwards, and that was that.

Friday - no wo, running around so a later dinner, and then just no energy afterwards. Staying up late to watch the skating has really tired me out.

Today - getting ready for some Tabatacise now, then CBS later. That should get me back on track.

Belinda - How do you like that Pilates wo? DH thinks it's tough, I think mostly 'cause he's so inflexible. What are your plans today?

Heidi - Don't you just love those DOMs you get when you do get to wo? What are your plans today?

No more delay - need to start sweating. I'll check back when I'm done.

CBS done, and I think I am, too! Plus, squeezed in a dog walk, which made her very happy. Also tried to empty the water in the ice dam at the end of the driveway, but it filled right back up - argh! I'll be glad when this stuff is gone!

Getting ready for DD's soccer game and the rest of the usual weekend stuff.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, my kids came Friday and left today. We went to the Casino last night, didn't get home until 1 a.m.:confused: We had a great time. we also met my DD's boyfriend. He is a really nice guy:D I never got a workout in yesterday:confused: I was cooking German food all afternoon, if that counts. Today DH and I did P90X3 CVX and P90X3 yoga. We also walked the dogs for 45 min.

Sherry - I have to agree with your husband, that pilate is tough. I abs were on fire. Good job on your workout.

Heidi - how are you DOMS doing? Good job, girl!

I will be back for more personals, I am beat today for some reason. Good night, everyone.

How was your DD's game?

Oh I am sooooo looking forward to getting this weather back to normal and no more snow! Which reminds me...DS and DH need to clear the walks now that the weather is a little warmer. It is suppose to drop into the 20's again this week. :/

Morning Belinda! Oh your night out with the kids sounds like a great time. :) I did my cooking yesterday as well so no workouts.

Great job on your P90X3 workouts. They sound tough! This week is your rest week...right?

Yup have DOMS still...but more. LOL!

Friday I did get in my workout.
Warm up with Cross fire premix with the firewalker band. OOF!
Then a Z Shred #32.
I also did a TM run 3.34 miles. Very hilly! Oh I felt that for sure!
Finished up with the CF stretch.

Today is a run and Super Cuts! :)

This week I have a few Cathe workouts in mind plus Z and the workouts from Daily Hiit Challenge. Of course my runs. :)

My eating this week will be super clean and mostly Veggies and fruits. Downloaded some great recipes from Simple Green Smoothies. Following the 21-Day Challenge.

So that's about it for now on my update. Off to get in my workouts!
