"FitPrime founder Anna Benson, one of the leading fitness innovators of our era designed the original system used in all FIRM workouts. FitPrime offers a complete home workout system for intermediate to advanced exercisers*, based on her newest training principles. Combined with FitPrime's interactive web information & personal training, Anna's program ensures your success faster & better than any other method."
I have a lot of the Firm tapes that I do not use anymore, since I tried Cathe tapes. I still have them just in case I want to incorporate any into a rotation. Has anyone tried the Fit Prime tapes? How does it compare to the Firm tapes and to Cathe's tapes. I noticed that they do a lot of yoga type stretches. I love Tracie Long and I would be willing to buy them if they are tough, advanced workouts. I don't seem to like the newer Firm tapes.
Also, does anybody know which Firm tapes are more for strength buiding instead of endurance? I would love to classify my firm tapes into Endurance (fast and light), Strength (slower and heavier weights), interval training, circuit training, etc... I may have to view some again and take notes.
