I heard about this website from a friend and I have recently joined. I am 30 years old and planning a wedding for early next year. I have always been a person who works out - lately it seems that since I have been working out more, I have actually gained weight :-( It is hard for me to understand because it seems like I have been trying even harder than usual (because of the wedding) and have seen negative results. I do not want to lose a huge amount of weight - maybe just 10 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help!!
