Good Morning Fitness Ladies,

Last evening: KPC followed by PLB squats and plie squats, then lunges and dips

Tonight: Likely will be my rest day and will do only stretching.

Hello to everyone that follows.

Today I plan on doing the Body Max power circuit segment (only) back to back 2x, inserting upper body weight work in for the lower body the 2nd time around. After that I am thinking an IMAX 2 premix for extra cardio }( and some abs, ofcourse.:)

I'm up way to early this morning because I woke up from a nightmare, got up to use the bathroom and then had trouble sleeping after that. I woke up at 4am and finally gave up and got out of bed at 5:30am. x(

Yesterday I walked for an hour, did 2 combos from IMAX2 and then PowerHour.

Today is Thin Thighs from Beach Body 2x, All step cardio and Freestyle upper body.

Good morning everybody...

Y'all have great workouts planned for today. Wendy I hear you on not being able to go back to sleep. That happens to me sometimes, not as often as it use to.

Yesterday I actually went for a run. YAY!! It was still too hot for my taste, 84 with a heat index of 89, but I made it 3.75 miles and walked 1.75 miles. I burned 721 calories. I did a segment of StretchMax last night so I could walk this morning. I could feel my legs tightened up after my run even though I did a good stretch after my run.

Today is circuit day and I think I'll try out my new High Step Challenge.

Kali-Thin Thighs!!! This is so funny b/c I just pulled that vid out and dusted it off the other day! I plan on adding that in sometimes for my leg work! See? Great mind think alike! ;)

Hi everyone,

Did a 5K run this morning.

Question for educated crowd.

Before I started work 11 days ago I weighed 120 pounds, ate loads of cookies (during my DIY chores), ice cream etc. A rather unhealthy life style in a very busy time.
I started work about 10 days ago. My lifestyle went back to being healthy. Despite no more cookies and other bad stuff I gained 5 pounds. How is this possible?? Is my body telling me to eat lots of cookies... I'd like that :D

Morning all!

Rest day, not surprising, after yesterday's crazy workout: IM2 & IM3 blasts only, PH & CM2. I think I was trying to stretch my hamstrings in my sleep last night! LOL

Today a bunch of mommies & toddlers are coming over for a playgroup. I think my cat is going to hide for her life under our bed ;)

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was a run of only 3 miles:( I wanted to go farther, but I started early in the morning without drinking and got dizzy early on. I didn't want any cramps that is why I didn't drink.
Then I did Chest and Back much later in the day. Need to buy 30lb dumb bells now to use one for the pullover as 25 is getting easier. Did lat pulldowns of 24 using 60lbs. Had to go down to 50 on the last set.
Did 1000 crunches while watching TV and did all the ab plank work in Chest and Back with a 10lb plate on my back and in front. Also did C/W ab work. Doing the 1000 crunches seems to make my throat scratchy and my voice hoarse for abit.

Today is my rest day.

Great workouts today..:)

Sandra...I like your SJP/SB workout. I haven't doen the SB challenge in awhile. HSTA was quite fun! Those one arm tricep dips/with glute tucks...YEOW! I also like High Step Challenge, don't have HS Circuit though. My foot wasn't sore by tuesday so the run was good. Normally the bunion does not bother me so why it flared up I don't know...You have advanced into the homestretch!!! Just a matter of time now Sandra...:)

Debbie...great job on those pikes yesterday!! I can certainly see you might need a rest day today!

Annette...glad to hear things worked out with the sonogram..

Jane...Awesome run!! High Step Challenge is so fun with the band work, have fun!

Kali...don't think I've heard of Thin Thighs...good for freestyle I'd think..:)

Tammy...do you do ALL those push-ups in GS C&T!...they do get a burn going..thanks, my foot is so much better...:)

Charlotte..dizzy when you run isn't real good. I always drink water first and usually have half a protein bar or something on my stomach. I am lucky though, I rarely have cramp problems.

I am doing some Freestyle legs and then GS Legs floorwork, a 6 mile run, abs and if I have time some upper body work.

Carla- I'm loving the Freestyle so far. It's a lot of fun!:7

Yes Carole I think it's good for Freestyle. It's just lunges and squat exercises for 45 seconds at a time. So I do it twice since it's so short. It really works me tho. Hey you know what they say "Short doesn't mean SMALL!"

I can't believe I am saying this, but this workouts are more fun than KPC.

Tonight is a run and segment of Coremax!

Everyone is doing absolutely amazing workouts these days! My jaw drops daily at some of mish-moshes you people are putting together. A-Jock would be so proud:)

Sandra - you're getting so close! Are you finding it more and more difficult to work out? Have you gained lots?

Wendy - you've really taken your workouts to a whole new level! Congrats:) And you're so lucky to have a good sleeper on your hands:)

Carole - lucky you, not cramping. The only time I ever had a protein bar was before a 10K race and I barely made it across the finish line!

Dutchie - I'm sure your body is just telling you that you need more cookies;)

Carla - I love the Viper. I think it's my fave Terminator workout.

Debbie - good luck with your play date!!!
 
Mine seems wimpy to ya'll!!

Took the dog for a mile walk this morning...Poor old guy jogged up the driveway, ran into his house and looked at me like I was crazy for getting up so early and making him work! He's getting a bit overweight (you can tell by the telltale "wobble" when he walks!), so he's on a workout regiman as of today...

After that, I did Bootcamp (FitTV version)...Can't wait 'till tomorrow morning, should have CTX delivered today!

I have to say, after doing FitTV Cathe workouts for the past few weeks, I'm seeing results that haven't shown themselves in the past 6 years of working out! And the best part, she isn't annoying (ie: I don't want to smack the TV in the middle of a workout!!)!!

Okay, here's what I did...I actually got started at 7am this morning!!!

*Body Max w/u
*BM power circuit once as produced
*BM power circuit 2nd time with UB exercises put in place of lower body work...This took 57 minutes not including the w/u...Then I did IMAX 2: 1st 4 intervals only
BM Abs and Stretch

When all was said and done it took me an hour and 45 minutes to do this! I must have been out of my mind this morning!!! :7
