Great workouts today..
Sandra...I like your SJP/SB workout. I haven't doen the SB challenge in awhile. HSTA was quite fun! Those one arm tricep dips/with glute tucks...YEOW! I also like High Step Challenge, don't have HS Circuit though. My foot wasn't sore by tuesday so the run was good. Normally the bunion does not bother me so why it flared up I don't know...You have advanced into the homestretch!!! Just a matter of time now Sandra...
Debbie...great job on those pikes yesterday!! I can certainly see you might need a rest day today!

Kali...don't think I've heard of Thin Thighs...good for freestyle I'd think..
Tammy...do you do ALL those push-ups in GS C&T!...they do get a burn going..thanks, my foot is so much better...
Charlotte..dizzy when you run isn't real good. I always drink water first and usually have half a protein bar or something on my stomach. I am lucky though, I rarely have cramp problems.
I am doing some Freestyle legs and then GS Legs floorwork, a 6 mile run, abs and if I have time some upper body work.
