Hi everyone,
This morning I did KickMax combos 1-4 and MM lower body premix.
Laurie - I hope you have good weather for your week off. I can't believe September is so close, either! I've actually started baby-prep, so maybe I'll actually be ready when she decides to make her appearance.
Annette - so great to hear that the nodule is nothing worry about.

Yes, I already have a 5 year old daughter, and the 18 week ultrasound with this baby indicated probably another girl. Thank you for your well wishes
Wendy - that's quite the workout you did today! You're going to have to start planning a memorial for all these pounds you must be losing.
Jane - oooh, let us know how you like HS Challenge. I managed to do that once before the pregnancy was too far advanced for it. I really, really liked it.
Dutchie - LOL about the cookie comment. Perhaps you were more active before your new job than you realized you were?
Carole - yes, it is only a matter of time now, and I have to say that I'm getting impatient. I have a hard time concentrating on my work, or being motivated to do much. I just want to sit here and wait for labour to start. But, I don't have the luxury of doing that (which is probably a good thing).
Shelley - you've done some great workouts this week! And kudos for being able to do a one-arm push up!!! I think those require a very strong and stable core, n'est pas? Yes, my workouts feel just a bit harder every week, so I just keep lowering the intensity (and my expectations). But I know that just getting some movement every day is keeping me feeling good. I woke up this morning with a left hip that was killing me. KickMax combos and MM lower body premix got the blood into the muscles and the joints loose again, and now it's not bothering me at all. Exercise good! And yes, I've gained 40 pounds with this pregnancy. I look forward to working out again *without* all this extra weight, and big belly getting in the way of my kicks!
MJ - welcome to the check in! And seeing results is a great thing. Good work!
Have a great day everyone,
Sandra
