I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did T&D lower body for 30 minutes. I added on 20 minutes of Dan the hiit man for 20 minutes and did my own stretch for 10 minutes.

ChelePA, sounds like a good, sweaty workout. Temp here today is 101, with 107 as "feels like"Cathe Live: Kick Punch Cardio (#132)-a mix of kicking, punching and cardio drills all mixed together. One heavy bag segment. Really fun! Followed by a Britney Spears 20 minute hike, wearing my weighted vest.
One more day of unbearable heat. But I’m not complaining. I prefer it to cold weather.

Annette, last week was the same for me. no actual workouts, per se, but many, many steps!Hi ladies.
So far other than walking a lot, today was my 1st workout which was Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty DVD that I brought with me. Plus we have walked around Cherokee today so I have a lot of steps in. Seems like everyone is getting their workouts in.

change weight of the KB, say for upper body or lower body moves, you can have a
couple of different weights. Kelly does a group of exercises, takes a short break,
then does a second round of those exercises. It’s a freebie she has on YouTube, so
if you go to YouTube, and put Coffeyfit kettlebell in search bar, it should bring it up.
look for the one that says Kettlebell #1.
