Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did T&D lower body for 30 minutes. I added on 20 minutes of Dan the hiit man for 20 minutes and did my own stretch for 10 minutes.

ChelePA - great job with your Cathe Live workout yesterday and your Peleton add on
Nora - glad to see you back at it!!! Phew!!! I'm guessing your workout room is put back together?

Cathe Live: Kick Punch Cardio (#132)-a mix of kicking, punching and cardio drills all mixed together. One heavy bag segment. Really fun! Followed by a Britney Spears 20 minute hike, wearing my weighted vest.

One more day of unbearable heat. But I’m not complaining. I prefer it to cold weather.

Hi ladies.

So far other than walking a lot, today was my 1st workout which was Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty DVD that I brought with me. Plus we have walked around Cherokee today so I have a lot of steps in. Seems like everyone is getting their workouts in.

Yep, 28 minutes with warmup & cd/stretch. You only need 1 KB, but if you like to
change weight of the KB, say for upper body or lower body moves, you can have a
couple of different weights. Kelly does a group of exercises, takes a short break,
then does a second round of those exercises. It’s a freebie she has on YouTube, so
if you go to YouTube, and put Coffeyfit kettlebell in search bar, it should bring it up.
look for the one that says Kettlebell #1.

Sure thing! I really like this kettlebell workout. Alot of upper body moves, traditional KB moves and lower
body too........I was using Kelly's app, but she's in the process of eliminating it, she is setting up a YT
channel for paid subscribers as well as some freebies, or you can subscribe to her Raw workouts thru
coffeyfit.vhx.tv That is where I will most likely re-subscribe, since I already have signin, etc.
 
I took a walk further up the gravel road our rental is on in order to see what 10,000 steps felt like. Between the Cathe workout this morning all the walking this afternoon and my trek up the mountain on a gravel road to finally reach just over 10,000 steps, I don't see how people do this every day. That is seriously a lot of walking,whew!!
