Good morning everyone!

I didn't see one of these, so I thought I'd start it.

I did Musclemax last night as part of the March 2005 Fat Loss Rotation I'm doing this month.

Tonight is Kickmax. It's been a long time since I've done it as is, normally I do the Bootcamp Challenge, so it should be interesting.

I hope you enjoy KM today. I rarely do it in its entirety either.

Lately I've been getting creative with my cardio and lower body segments. Some interesting combinations have 'happened'

For example, I didn't want to spend more than 30" on cardio/lower body endurance yesterday after golfing so I came up with this:
Low Max 'Blast only premix' then
-add on 28 sequential power kicks per side,
-add on the jack-frontkick-jack-back kick combo 12 per side plus frontkick-backkick 12 per side,
-add on explosive lunges from super sets DVD 6 total.

Made my legs feel like jello in a short time. I'm keeping this one on file.

Today will be some other creation for LB/Cardio 30" or maybe Body Max power circuit segment. GS Triceps, tennis match.

Tri's a little sore from yesterday, LOVE IT!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was 200 walking lunges and KPC. Serious DOMS in my legs now!! I am just as happy as can be too! Stayed outside longer mowing and doing other things so kept the cardio going. It burned off that damn ice cream from all of it! Don't have a heart monitor yet, but Omron jumped all the way back down again to 14.5% from 15.4%. I had sweat in my eyes and my bra was wringing wet. Alittle dizzy coming back inside, but I didn't fall down!! LOL!

Today will be the PUB FINIALLY!!!

Good morning everybody!

I did S&H Chest and Back this morning. That is my 3rd week on a S&H rotation and probably my last.
My right shoulder just seems to work harder when I do chest, which it shouldn't at all and I check my form that I don't go down to deep and I don't but couldn't figure what I'm doing wrong :-(

Any ideas or suggestions? I never had that problem before. x(

Oh well, still a good workout!

Kristine; S&H is a great plateau breaking series. I don't have any advice on your shoulder problem, maybe someone else has the answer.

Holy bananas, after BC twice yesterday, this body needs a rest. I do believe the Aug rotation as written would kill me...lol! I'll pick the workouts from it as I am ready for them. I think that's what Cathe meant when she said listen to your body! Tomorrow will be IM3, PUB up only, PLB stability ball work, PUB abs.

The aug 04 rotation calls for Muscle Endurance today. I'm looking forward to it. I like that work out alot, regardless of the pain that it causes! }(

Morning ladies. This morning was BC and let me tell you, not once did it cross my mind to even attempt to do it twice. Hats off to all you ladies doing the Aug. rotation. Maybe I'll be up to it in a couple months.

Hello, all! today, I do Ashtanga yoga, my favorite! I just started getting back into it after more than a year absence. I forgot how good it made you feel! I will do it in the afternoon when my ornery little toddler is napping.

Sandra...it wasn't neccessarily the water bottle itself. But the sports drink that was in it as I needed it for the next 14 miles!! It must be tough pushing yourself like you have been Sandra. You should have a nap whenever you can..:)

Thanks Terri...I am recovering well, except I expect my ribs to be sore for awhile...

Thanks too Laurie....so far it only hurts when I cough!!


Great workouts ladies...

Kristine....is your right shoulder sore? Sometimes it does work hard when doing chest flies, you really have to concentrate on squeezing your chest muscles instead of using your shoulders so much,I know this can be tough especially when going heavy. If your shoulder is sore, then back off the weight amount.

I am doing HSC with some Imax2 intervals added on after the cardio segments. Then maybe L&G floor segment.

Good morning, ladies!

Last night I got back on track and did PUB (even attempted a couple pikes!), Core Max #3, and the step only premix of Imax 3. This morning it was Kick Max and true to the name, it really kicked me to the max!

Hey Everyone: Today was SB and SJP abs and stretch. Such a fun workout. The heat is back so I didn't feel like I worked as hard as I could have for the blasts.

I've got the house to myself until Friday, my Mom took my Kids up to a cottage in the Gatineau Hills of Quebec. I'll join them on Friday.

I'm late again and off to workx( No wonder the summer flies by, tooo busy!!

Today I did Body Fusion step-only, and Push Pull.

Debbie - you must feel very proud of yourself, knowing that you can do BC two times in a row! That's quite an accomplishment!

Wendy - excellent work on getting through IMAX2!!!! "If you like pina colada......"

Foodie Sue - thank you for the encouraging words yesterday! Yes, it is getting very close. Fortunately I'm not chasing a toddler around; my first DD is 5 years old, and quite independent. And I work at home, for the most part, which lets me sneak in a nap here and there. It would be very tempting to turn into a slug at this point, but then images of swollen ankles and varicose veins pop into my head and I get moving. It sounds like those couple of pounds you put on were worth every delicious bite! If you're following the August rotation, you'll lose them in no time!

Laurie - thanks! How are your new bodypump/bodyflow classes going? Are people enjoying the new choreography?

Jes - what's up with your back?

Judy - interesting LB/cardio combos! They will work you good!

Katie - LOL!! What? Half way through the terminator climbers you didn't say, "Hey, these are fun; I think I'll do them twice"???

Carole - I'm doing the nap thing as much as possible. I had two yesterday. The frustrating thing is that napping doesn't really help. I still feel tired when I wake up. This is a common feeling for women in their third trimester, so I'm not worried, but it does make it difficult to do any writing (my work) when my brain is so cloudy. Ah well, that's pregnancy for ya, and it could be a lot worse. I'm actually feeling pretty good for being so far along. I see your point about wanting the liquid in the bottle. 14 miles is a long way, especially in the heat you've been having! I hope your ribs feel better soon :-(

I did KickMax this morning, as part of the same rotation Shelley's doing. It was a very loooong workout (I was a little late for work!), but I enjoyed it all the same. I think this may have been the first time I've done KickMax in its entirety. :)

And you are still workin' out like a champ I see!! Boy, you are gettin' close to baby time! I'm sooo excited for you!:+ :+ :+

Muscle Endurance is done and I feel nicely fried! :) I just ate a turkey sandwich and now I am off to change and feed the little one so I'll be back later on!
