Daily Check-In - Wednesday, August 3, 2005

Hello Everyone,

I'm getting a late start today, we had physical inventory here at work so I was up at 4:30 just to get into work on time. x( My part of the counting is done and now I have my own work to catch up on.

Tonight will be SJP and KM Leg Drills. I'm also getting together with fellow Cathe fans here in Wisconsin. I'm very excited.

I did (under much protest from myself,LOL!!) PUB chest, back and shoulders, then did abs from MIS!!

Today is my oldest son's 13th birthday!! I now officially have a TEENAGER!! in the house!!

Someone start praying now,LOL!! I will now have a teenager in the house for the next 10 years!!!! Oh my, and all BOYS!! at that!!

Somebody HELP ME PLEASE!!!:eek: :D
 
Hey all! today i did triceps, biceps and chest and later i am going ot the gym to do some cario circuits on the bike, stairmaster and treadmill. (so i don't get bored)

Sandra: short repap: the number 2 vertebre in my neck is twisted around and bulging to the side. causes headaches and severe tension in neck muscels and right delt. lower back pain that was quite severe. i went to a chiro, the problem got worse and i have been taking it easy since the RT until this week when i got started back again. i am feeling better and will be using the machines at the gym for legs for a while to give my lower back a break. HOW ARE YOU???

Did the scheduled workout for the Aug. 05 workout. So far this rotation is ver doable. I have evn added some thinhs in. Like last night I did slow and heavy biceps and triceps. I know Kali added on pub. So far so good! Take care all and great workouts.

Wendy-Good luck on the water intake today. Just keep drinking:)

Hello ladies,

Did the upper body premix to MM today and I love how this workout is short and fun,also you can get some major DOMS!

Got KM leg drills to do and abhits.

Just finished my planned workout minus the 30 min cardio. So I only did the s&h back and biceps. I'' do the cardio tomorrow- which was a rest day. Just didnt feel like it. Almost chucked the whole workout for today , to do tomorrow. But I do feel better that at least I did something.
