Daily Check-in, Wednesday, April 30, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Dan - 30 minute hiit workout + 10 minutes of a 15 minute lower body workout. I will do my own stretch now. I'm sweating!

Linda - nice mash-up yesterday. how do you keep up the variety? sometimes I need a short break from Cathe (not a vacation)

Siobhan, another fun workout from Dan- 30 minute hiit workout + 10 minutes lower body workout. You must
really enjoy their workouts. Have to look them up ....

Today's workouts:

KCM-Home Gym Intervals dvd- Premix: Kelly's Combined Mix #2- 27 min. (used treadmill)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "Lunge & Cardio" Rowing & Weights EMOM
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Jump Rope & Compound Moves with weights.

That's it! Siobhan, I gotta have variety......to keep me coming back! :) & I have equipment, I want to
use it

More than likely a rest day. Poor oral surgeon kept having to give me more numbing medicine(shots) because I kept feeling what he was doing and of course it hurt. Then he put extra in at the end to keep me numb longer, sigh.

Now in exactly 14 days I get to go back and have 3 teeth removed and bone grafted on the other side upper, joy o joy.

Hopefully, I can make it to the gym tomorrow.
