Today's workouts:

Blender- "Low Impact Cardio Sampler" - 22 min.
Blender add-on: "Total LMR- Shoulders Finisher" - 11 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout

Hi ladies,

Today I did 7 minutes of a garage Taebo but it was all done really fast while holding weights so I stopped it. Then I found on YouTube (both were on YouTube) a TaeBo Amped 03- Full Throttle which I did 45 minutes of the 55 minute workout.

So all in total I did 52 minutes of Taebo for my workout most done with my boxing gloves on since I don't have an Amped bar. Some of the lunge exercises I just kicked in place. But my workout is done!!

I cleaned the upstairs bathroom this morning and still need to do the floor, joy o joy.

Yay for a 52 min. Taebo workout today! I need to resume my cleaning, but ain’t happening today, of course, I picked today to go to Food Lion, cause it’s raining here too!
