Hi ladies, 
Made it to the gym for a workout, started with the elliptical for 15 minutes since I got here earlier than normal and all my machines were occupied.  Then I did 2 leg machines, cables for 2 exercises,  then 2 upper body machines, then finally dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders.  Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.  And a stretch for a 75 minute workout .

Not sure about tomorrow  I am getting a tooth pulled (crowned tooth) and bone grafted.  So we'll see.
