Last evening: LowMax and triceps (GymStyle and CTX triceps) and an upper body stretch.
Today: 1 hr Cardio and chest work on schedule, plus CleanMax, errand Max.

Boybert: Yes, chasing after a toddler ought to count for something.
Suzanne: Let me know your thoughts on Mindy's workout. I have been eyeing it but would like a good review from an advanced exerciser. Good luck with your bodyfat loss program. 1500 calories seems to low for someone who exercises as much as you, but that's JMHO.
