Rest day for me. Although chasing my 1 yr old should count for something!
 
Today is new Mindy Mylrea tapes which I got in the mail last night. I am going to do cardio toolbox which looks really fun and if I have energy left I am going to give the awesome intervals a whirl too. Later, I am going to work on getting some pictures of myself up on the internet for all to see.

Today I am also starting the fooddoctor/BFL type eating pattern of 6 mini meals per day. My nutritionist recommended it yesterday to help keep my energy level up throughout the day, and yet help me lose bodyfat. I am also supposed to try 1500 calories per day and see how it goes.

Hello everyone,

Last evening: LowMax and triceps (GymStyle and CTX triceps) and an upper body stretch.

Today: 1 hr Cardio and chest work on schedule, plus CleanMax, errand Max.

Mariangeles: You are on a Taebo kick! I am on a PowerMax kick. Have you tried that one?

Boybert: Yes, chasing after a toddler ought to count for something.

Suzanne: Let me know your thoughts on Mindy's workout. I have been eyeing it but would like a good review from an advanced exerciser. Good luck with your bodyfat loss program. 1500 calories seems to low for someone who exercises as much as you, but that's JMHO.

Good job on the workouts today ladies.
Yesterday for me was M Max upper body Push /pull pre mix, a 3.7 mile run with lots on inclines and speed variations, Abs and Stretch Max 1.

Today will be Core Max one or two segments, and possibly 30" cardio. I might skip the cardio because we have to get yard work done.

PS The MM premix Push/pull was not a pre mix I enjoyed. Some sets were skipped so I had to go back and add them in.

Good Saturday Morning, Ladies!

This morning is my rest. This evening I will run w/my boys. We are going to the beach, so I will walk down the beach and play football with the boys. I will definetly get some exercise today. As Cathe says "No time for down time."

Suzanne, hope you do well with your new eating pattern. I do agree with Cathy that 1500cals seems not enough, but what do I know, I'm not a sports nutritionist :)

Carla, enjoy the beach with the boys .

I didn't run yesterday, didn't do anything really but get a hair cut.

This morning I did make up for it though: for the leg portion, first I did L&G, then added on KM leg conditioning drills, plus Low Max. And I usually do a bit of UB as well on Saturdays, but wasn't really in the mood for GS UB premixes, so I did BM UB only plus abs.

Hi again. Boybert I would like to be ripped but I have to fight against my sweet thooth. I am not worried about that.Now I am in the best shape of all my life. Thank you Cathe. I have seen the video clip in collage video and looks great.Cathy I don't know the power max kick.Judy If you want a great upper body premix the upper body premix of ME is my favorite.Carla I hope you have a great beach day. Good Saturday Morning Ladies.

Yesterday before dinner I did the C&W Cardio and Compound Weights Premix.

Last night I went to the bowling alley with my DH. He goes there often on friday nights to either sub on this league or just to hang out cause he has lots of friends on it. Well, we decided to bowl. LMAO! I used to bowl but pretty much have not picked up a ball in over a year. So here I go with a 10 # ball (stayed light-I usually use 14#) waddling down the lane...OH MY! I was never a great bowler...I averaged in the 120's when I quit. Well, I bowled something like a 77, a 66 and a 91 last night. So sad. It was pretty funny though. I wish I had my DH video taping me on the approach-waddling like a duck! :p

That was my evening....today I have no plans so who knows what will happen.

I am amazed at how early y'all get up on Saturdays. If I didn't feel so guilty I would stay in bed all morning!

Anyway, today for me is the Viper and some ab work.

Great workouts today ladies. A lot of variety.

Wendy: LOL on the bowling visual...too funny. You are gettng close girl, maybe this weekend things will start moving along!

Mariángeles...isn't Get Ripped great!! It's my favortie of the Taebo's. I did get his Bootcamp Taebo package that QVC was offering.

Carla..the beach sounds nice. We have been having nice weather too...

Dutchie...how do you like those Leg condtioning drills from Kickmax? I was thinking about adding them in twice a week.

Logos...how did you like Core Synergistics? This was one of my favorite from P90X!

Wendy...bowling!!! I haven't done that in years...after the last time I tripped and landed flat on my face at the end of the lane!! You did well...

I ended up doing S&H Chest & Back yesterday to try out the new weights. WOW...http://bestsmileys.com/happy/5.gif[/img] they are great. I'd say the dumbbells are a bit long but it didn't seem to bother me and was so easy to dial in the weight change in between sets!! Needless to say some DOMS in the Chest area..

Hello again ladies:

I am about to do Mindy Mylrea's tapes after viewing them this morning one time through. They look fun and challenging. I will let you know when I finish if they are as cardio challenging as Cathe, but I suspect yes. My nutritionist did warn me that 1500 calories might be a little too low for me, but I should then slowly add more calories back in if and when necessary. She did stress the mini-meals 4-6 times per day as the most important aspect to keep my energy level up. It is also possible that I didnt stress how hard I workout well enough to her when she recommended 1500 calories. But I am going to give it a whirl and see how it goes.
 
Good morning, ladies!

Last night I did Step Blast and this morning it was Boot Camp. I was able to go further without stopping this time compared to the last time I did BC(non-stop tricep dips - OUCH!!!). I think tomorrow will be Low Max and some Core Max. Now it's off to Oil Change Max and Grocery Max!

Wendy and Sandra - you 2 are such an inspiration working out during your pregnancies! Wendy - BOWLING?!?!? LOL!!!!:7

Last night I did all the push-ups on GS Chest & Triceps. Yipee!}(

Today we are going to get plants for the front yard so it just might be yardmax for me today! If not then GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps and cardio only from 10-10-10.

He Carole, I absolutely love those conditioning drills. Some of them are really hard to do. And I'm definitely not as flexible as I thought I was:D I actually decided to add them to L&G and Low Max. So I guess I will be doing them 2xweek too.

How is your new toy? Did you use it yet?
