Cathe Live 483-Glute Glute Hooray! Barbell, dumbbells and medium resistance loop used. Nice variety of standing exercises then floor work with band. Finished with a 15 minute power walk. A few appointments today. Currently getting my car inspected and oil changed. Then my hair later.
