Hey, Ladies! Sorry I have not posted in a week. Felt like I may have been overdoing my workouts too fast. Had 2-month doc appointment last Thursday and asked a lot of questions. He says as long as I'm not trying to run a marathon or competing in Iron Lady weights (or whatever that is called) I'm ok. Just to make sure to listen to my body. He also told me I was good to go with hip rotations, cross legs, pigeons, 90/90s, hip circles, etc. so I was really happy.
Today I did Cathe STS 2.0 with Mobility #1 for 20 minutes and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes.
Think I may try to do a schedule with one day weights and rotate next day with mobility/stretching although I always finish out my workouts with a good stretch routine. Still trying to decide.
