Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe Live - Core Blast Express for 26 minutes. I added on 25 minutes of a cardio workout from T&D.

Hello, Ladies!! Was hoping to get more done on my workout room this week-end but ended up trying to clear up my garage. Made good progress with this but still have more unpacking to do and wondering what to do with those things I just can't find a place for:)o_O

Warmed up with an Peloton express (15 min) full body barre. Followed by a Sweat Steady Ride (endurance based). 60 minutes. 18 miles. Harder than expected since it was higher cadence metrics throughout the majority of the class.

Almost forgot to check in...today was Jamie McKagan's Cardio Boxing workout off YouTube. It was new on the Tuesday we were on vacation so I am playing catch up with her boxing/ kickboxing workouts. The workout I did today was 50 minutes long and tough. But I got her done.

She doesn't have anymore kickboxing workouts right now so I will have to do different workouts from other sources.

It is hot outside.

Nice workouts ladies.

Nicki you will get there, moving is hard.

Wow! ChelePA!l What a workout!! I'd have fallen off that bike at 1 mile:)

Nicki- Yes, it does take a lot of time to unpack an entire house. Like you said you find stuff that you think where am I going to put that? It's a lot like putting together a puzzle. It takes a while, and you'll get it all done, and when you do celebrate that huge accomplishment. In the meantime, patience and persistence takes the day. Have a good evening;)
