Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of DTHT for 35 minutes (it was an interesting and tough circuit workout). I added on 10 minutes of Xtrain abs. Now, to stretch.

Progress! I got my TV and DVD player set up yesterday, but the TV stand I have is too small for the TV, so I have it propped which may be dangerous.
I have decided to start the first week or so with stretching, mobility and yoga.
Today I did Perfect 30 with Extended Stretch for 9 minutes and Step Boss Chair stretch for 16 minutes! I am really tight!!
Excited to be able to work out again. Taking it slow.
 
Woohoo Nicki! Love the Perfect 30 Series! I actually thought STS 2.0 was going to be similar. I ended up selling it because the premixes just didn’t work out for me with the shorter time frames.

Finally finished the last Cathe Live PHA – 499. It was an express (30 min), all standing class. Maybe 16 exercises total. Followed with a 15 minute treadmill hike, wearing a weighted vest. Power walks for three minute intervals. My heart rate was definitely spiking. Phew! Brunch with my good friend this morning. Delicious homemade sourdough bread used for avocado toast.

Today was as follows:

The pool for 3 hours and 40 minutes. 30 minutes of that was in the pool doing lots of kicking and what not for legs.

I got home maybe 30 minutes ago, took another shower and then after dressing, vacuumed upstairs, brought laundry down to start, started 1 load and proceeded to vacuumed the family room.

We'll see if I can do anything else.

Oh and today is my middle son's 31st birthday!!
