Today's workouts:

KCM- Stepboxing- dvd mix - 20 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "Egg Weights Boxing Finisher" - 17 min.
YT-Coach Ali- "Pump: Biceps Weight Plate Workout" - 12 min.

That's it for me! Three of my favorite things.......Stepboxing, & using egg weights & weight plates!

Today I did a Cathe Live - #169 - Mixed Impact Hiit with bonus abs for 42 minutes. Wow. This was tough. It's so fun to see the staff and members from 10 years ago. They don't seem to age at all!

Linda - Great job this morning with your KCM and Coach Ali workout :)
ChelePA - I'm with you - my preference is to do no more than a 2nd round of anything
Nora - I'm sorry to read your knees are bothering you. I hope today is an easier day.
Annette - looking forward to seeing all your YT cardio finds this week!

Good morning Siobhan! I see you picked another fun Cathe Live - #169 - Mixed Impact Hiit with bonus abs for 42 minutes this morning! I don't remember that one- maybe I never tried it 'cause it's "mixed" impact, maybe
I should look at the clip and see if the higher impact would be easy to modify.

Cathe Live - #169 - Mixed Impact Hiit with bonus abs for 42 minutes
 
Ladies, not much progress on the workout room this weekend. I'm missing parts for my equipment, plug for my tv, cord to connect DVD player to TV and various other things.
Want to ask, I'm thinking about purchasing Cathe On Demand. Does that mean I will have access to all the cathe live workouts and can use the blender? I'm not really sure what all it entails but with 50% off, seriously thinking of it.

Aqua girl… I only have step boxing workouts from KCM. I like the fusion of these two.

Cathe 498-PHA Pump & Burn Express Live. I thought this was my last PHA in the live category but there’s a part two. I’ll need to add that on, maybe next week. 20 exercises. No repeats. I lifted lighter like Cathe since I had very disrupted sleep. Crazy storms which means the dogs were beyond anxious and crying. The house was shaking with the thunder. My husband slept through it all. Added on a lighter cardio since I have lower energy. Kat GB 3100 steps wearing my weighted vest. I like the outdoor scenery, variety of exercises (not just marching) and her music choices. Usually has a good beat. Only one ad in the middle of the routine. Happy Monday!

Hi ladies ,

Today I found an older CDorner Cardio Kickboxing workout that first streamed 4 years ago. She had herself and a 21 year old young lady switching off as instructors. It was 40 minutes and quite the sweatfest. I wore my wrist weights for it only took them off for the cooldown.


We are very humid today with thunderstorms hopefully coming soon. Thankfully it is only 78°F in the house here in SC PA.

Nice workouts so far. Nicki you will get there with setting up your workout room.
