Good morning girls....

Today's workouts:

Interval Timer App- "Elliptical BootCamp" - 15 min.
YT-Hydrow- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit Training

That's it. I am having internet/phone issues since yesterday and need to be quick before it goes again!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is family day so it's a holiday. This morning I did a mix of LMR2 for chest/triceps/shoulders (40 minutes). I added on 10 minutes of a Cathe Live for planks and sit-ups. I will do my own stretch now.

Hi ladies,

Today I found a totally new to me Cardio Boxing workout off YouTube. It was called " Lose Weight FAST with this Simple Workout" out of South Africa.

Basically all straight, cross or uppercut punches with lots and lots of knees (no kicking unless you put them in, no other punches like perhaps a hook or speed bag anywhere in this workout) . You have to pay attention because the instructor is holding the mic and keeps switching hands, he is hard to hear. The music blares when it switches songs the 1st time but gets adjusted fairly quickly. So if you like boxing and knees this workout is for you.

It was 59 minutes long and does get you sweating. I got over 4000 steps in it because the guy does keep you moving.

Nice workouts so far ladies. Today is a holiday here too, Presidents Day.

I have a dentist appointment later on.

4,000 steps, that's a lot. Sounds like he did keep you hopping
 
Today I was able to do Step Boss Chair Stretch for 16 minutes and STS 2.0 Total Body Stretch for 25 minutes. Parts of it were painful because of my leg pain so I eased up when I felt it. Just think I need to keep stretching as my leg allows.
