I didn't get much of a rest scrambling to get other stuff and on less sleep, ugh. I do use my DVDs a lot, even have backups of favorites.

CoffeyFit Raw- "Stepboxing" - 29 min. (I love this workout and this is actually on a dvd as well, it is the
Bonus Raw workout Kelly included on her CardioFit dvd) - I haven't tried this one yet, looks good though

YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps- love jump rope!
All I can say is those are all awesome workouts, WTG & Bravo!!
