Good morning girls...........

Today's workouts:

Interval Time App- "Weights & Cardio Machines Intervals # 2" - 30 min.
YT-Outdoor Nut- "Recovery Bike Ride, Isabela, Puerto Rico" - 10 min.

That's it.........at this time, I do plan on a short Saturday morning workout tomorrow .....and maybe for
a few Saturdays coming up.......We'll see.

Hope you feel better Nora............Nicki, you mentioned recently about our favorite workouts suggestions.
what kind are you looking for...........ex: CatheLive, YouTube, etc.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing workout that was about 36 minutes long. I wore my boxing gloves, it had more of a fun factor and nothing was too difficult to follow or remember. Then I did 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I get my hair permed at 2, yay !!!
