Daily Check-In Friday, August 26

Carole...I'm sure I can still lift as usual. I must be compensating pretty well to do what I've done and have a hemoglobin of 10 but I can tell it in that I did not bounce back well at all from that run, and given the fact that the day before I had done MIS, the day before that IMAX2. I was beginning to feel it the day of the run when I just didn't feel "strong" during the run like I usually do but I attributed it to the heat.

I am going to back off intensity, for instance, I still think I can do High Step Challenge but do less sets, shorter cardio etc. I will have to play with it and see what I can do. I am doing well with this low hemoglobin I believe but I don't want to push it and decompensate and become more symptomatic. Hopefully this new med I'm on for RA will kick in soon and will alleviate this bone marrow suppression letting my hemoglobin rise.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was suppose to be my rest day, but I ran 6 miles!!!! YEAH!!!! I could not believe it that my legs did not want to stop so I kept going. It was a beautiful evening here and I just couldn't resist the opportunity!

Today will be upper body using machines and some Cathe workouts. Got to get to the Mall now as my son wants shoes! LOL!

So I get smart and look at your profile and find you're from Canada. Too bad it isn't Alberta! If you were that close, no matter how big the province might be, we would just about have to make the effort to hook up.
 
Hi all, I did PS Chest incline exercises only dumbbells only twice through, then did PS shrugs (Back) and PUB Back only then Body Max abs! Weight was down slightly this morning so that was good.

Morning all. Today was Leaner Legs followed by Intervals 1-5 of IMAX 2. Boy, I was surprised at how much more energy I had doing IMAX 2 after being so warmed up. It flew by and I even considered doing all 10 intervals. But, since intervals 6-10 are scheduled for tomorrow, I decided not to. Down another % of body fat this morning, woo hoo!!! Unfortunately, I have 2 Birthday parties to go to tomorrow, so I have to try not to over indulge in cake!}(

This morning I did my Classics Combo:
Step Jam warm up;
Step Max combo 1;
Step Jam combo 2;
Step Heat combo 2;
Stretch Max cool down & stretch.

I have to rush, but I managed to very briefly skim all your posts.
