Yesterday morning: S&H Triceps plus warmup and stretch (still using progressive overload for upper body)
Yesterday late afternoon: Firm Lower Body Split for my freestyle leg work and StretchMax #3...in between cleanMax and errand Max.
Note: Firm Lower Body Split is a great freestyle workout except for the stretch. 70 minute workout with about 52 minutes of standing and floor leg work that fits the philosophy of freestyle. Lots of lunges and dips (about 6 sets) plus side lunges, plie squats with variations I haven't seen in Cathe, a lower focus on squats and sit and stands but they are still included, and leg press and step ups. Nice floor work section too all punctuated by short cardio drills as a break bewteen sections (plyos, kicks)and then abs and a stretch. Need to add your own stretch as the one included in the workout stinks.The stretches are held for only about 2-3 s.
This morning: GymStyle biceps with warmup and stretch.
This afternnon: GymStyle Back and leg floorwork and stretch from Kari Anderson's Dance Works is on schedule. I pulled this video out of retirement when I started freestyle. The floor work and stretch are excellent and geared towards dance training. The cast is made up of members from a ballet company in the Pacific Northwest. The rest of the day, I have more cleanMax on schedule plus I have to go in to work for a few hours.
