I just finished today's workout and will now check in.
Here's today's workout:
Z Ropes- Beginner/with warm up+ Workout + Cool Down Stretch= 21 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 287
Flex Train= 57 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 584
Total calories burned= 871
So far I'm enjoying ZCut Cardio Power workouts and ZRopes as well. I love that they are tough intense challenging workouts but short, very much in the same vane as Tabatacise or HiiT workouts. This was my first try with Flex Train and I do like it very much. Its definitely a metablolic type of workout with a slight cardio element to the weight work. I was sort of expecting something along the lines of Power Hour and its not. That's ok, I still really enjoyed the workout its just different than what I anticipated it would be. But hey, working the body in lots of different styles of workouts is great and yields positive changes so viva la change. This was a good solid workout and fun stuff I'm glad I got this workout.
Belinda- great job on your yoga workout today. Cool, your DD's b-day is today, ah a Halloween baby, that's cool. I wish her all the best on her special day! Have a fab Halloween and take care!

Debbie- Congrats on your STS Total Body workout today, well done!
I know you have been using lighter weights because of shoulder problems and I know that bums you out. Just hang in there at least using lighter weights you still get to do a weight workout. Maybe it is a rotator cuff issue, not sure but I'd definitely get it looked at. Take care girlfriend again, great job on your workout, take care and Happy Halloween!
