Today I did one of the Leg Triset workouts from the STS series. Had a great workout. My legs are fried!

Every exercise is 10 reps

Trisets #1
Wide Stance Squats - 20's
One-Leg Elevated Lunges (BSS) - 12's
Wide Stance Deadlifts - 20's
***Repeat 2 more times

Trisets #2
Static Lunges - 12's
Plie Squats Alternating Hand - 15# then 20#
One-Leg Slide Back Lunges - 12's
***Repeat 2 more times

Trisets #3
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 40#
Side Slide Lunges - 12#
Narrow Stance Squats - 20's
***Repeat 2 more times

Hi girls!;)

I didn't workout today. I feel like I've hit the MS fatigue wall and just don't have energy, or balance to workout this week. I felt this way yesterday but thought I might be able to fight my way through it but found I was like a limp noodle. Today, I'd hoped I would feel better but no joy. I think my body is forcing me to rest by this intense fatigue I'm experiencing and with the stress I'm trying to get a handle on so I can function this six months before I go to the doctor for a re-check Pap and HPV test. I think I should take this week off to rest and fight the fatigue not sure if I'll need to rest next week or not, we'll see.

All my best to all of you wonderful ladies and I hope you've had great workouts/rest days whichever applies to you.:)

I did D10 + yoga last night. Today I did Breathless Body w/Amy Dixon and yoga. Had to modify some moves.

Yesterday I did D10 and yoga.

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach Mixes (Mix #5) and had a great workout. I had to cut it short because I didn't start right at 5:30. But no biggie, still had a great workout.

Anyone follow Flylady? I started about two weeks ago and love it! My house has never looked so clean!

This morning I did Turbo Jam 20 minute Cardio Party and Ab Jam Standing Abs, TOM and another migraine so I didn't feel like doing more then that. We went to the lake today.

Today I did the upper body premix of High Reps. Had an ok workout. High reps really bothers my shoulders and upper back so I was really careful with weight and I stopped when it felt like the muscle was getting tight. For some reason Cathe skips the back work in this one which was ok with me. But I found that odd.

I won't bother putting what I did on here, I used light weights and the reps were high. Nuff said... :D

Belinda - Flylady is a website that helps you keep your house clean. Flylady concentrates on one room (maybe 2) a week and tells you what to do each day. It takes no longer than 30 minutes to do what she asks and your house stays clean all month. I always hated taking a whole day to clean my house and I never would do a thorough job. Now I can take the time to do it the correct way and my house always looks clean. Check out FlyLady.net and go to the Launch Pad. It has your Flight Plan for the day and you can Sneak Peak what she has you doing for the entire week. It's so cool!

Debbie - I signed up for flylady.com:D I remember years ago, I joined her website. I am not sure, if 30 min is enough time to clean my over 4000 sqft house:eek: I will give it another try. So you you wear shoes, make up and get dressed before you start cleaning:p Nice job, today.

Anyone else notice how slow this website has been lately? Is it just me?

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #3. I did well with this one and did a quarter mile more than I did the last time I did it. :eek:

I cleaned out the refridge today and mopped the kitchen floor on my hands and knees to old for that then I got a haircut, later I will do a real workout.

Debbie-I have noticed how slow it is, I use the workout manager and its a pain in the but I have to hit the submit button 3 or 4 times. Good job with your workout.

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. Wasn't feeling we'll. In the evening I did 15 min yoga. Today is D12 legs, yoga and abs.

Debbie - LOL, that's funny. Good job on your workouts.

No workout for me we are headed out of town for a birthday party and then tomarrow dd and gs are coming down.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Had an ok workout. I think I'm taking a rest week next week since it's Labor Day weekend and all. Plus my mom goes in for eye surgery on the 5th so I won't be working out anyways. My body needs some down time. I'm done...

Total Body Stretching- Basic Stretching= 14 Min

Total calories burned= 865:cool::D

That was my first time with Tabatacise and it was fun.

Roxie- Good for you with TJ nothing wrong with taking it a bit easier. WTG!! I meant to ask you how are your sister and niece I believe you said had the same thing going on as I do with normal pap and a elevated HPV test. How are they? How long or are they still having to wait six months for retesting and if so how many? Sorry, don't mean to pry just wondering since I'm having to go through this. I appreciate your sharing with me about this if you like you can PM me if you don't wish to respond on the thread. Thanks in advance.

Debbie- No worries not every workout is going to be stellar. I know I sometimes have to drag myself through it and other times I feel I could best even our Cathe so there are crazy extremes and the average feeling workouts too. I always try to give myself a pep talk that I got it and tell myself to be proud of that accomplishment. Besides, we know you are a workout rock star so no need to try to impress us. You rock so remember that!;)
