Crazy, strong & loving it for August!

Good Afternoon,

I walked on the TM for 30 minutes before I left for my dentist appt I have infection in my root canal, after my appt I went for a walk in the park its a really nice day out.

Belinda- Great job with D7 and the yoga challenge workouts today, bravo!!;):D To answer your question Yes the doctor called me back Friday the same day I called and left a message for him to call me back to answer questions and concerns I had about test results. He did call and told me I will need to have a re-exam and pap test and HPV test samples in six months. So I did schedule it, which will be in February. He said that the human body can clear the HPV virus on its own so he's hoping that the next round will yield normal results on HPV at that time and we will go from there. I did get a normal result on my pap this time but on separate test there was an elevated HPV reading so that is the reason for the caution and re-test. I just need to wait to re do this is all and pray for a favorable outcome. Thanks for your concern, and prayers on this I truly appreciate them.;)

Hi Girls...

Today I did KCM's Plateau Buster #1 and then did the Core from 4DS LIS.

I'm going to do 4DS weight work this week. I did yesterday's from LIS, minus the LIS (did Combat in place of it) and skipped calves because I dont' like calves, and it bothers my PF.

Tomorrow, Thurs and Friday I'll do 4DS. I didn't have the hour to do the workouts today.

Nora, excellent job with KCM and Les Mills today!
Roxie, oh wow! that's awful you got an infection!!! Good you got that a walk in at least.
Debbie, You really do love that leg triset! Do you have STS? Meso 2 is leg trisets too. If you wanted to mix it up a bit.
Belinda, I really NEED to add in that yoga! :eek: My tummy feels better today. Hope yours does too!

Instead of doing cardio today I did STS D8 and yoga. Thursday we are driving to Virginia Beach, so I will finish up Week 3 with STS. I am not worried about the cardio, will be doing lots of walking or not:p

Roxie - sorry about your infection! Poor thing! Hope you feel better soon. Good job this morning.

Nora - wtg, on your workouts today. That makes more sense:D Will keep you in my prayer!

Belinda - My mom is doing ok. She is having eye surgery on Sept. 5th. I sure hope that helps her see better. She has scar tissue on her right eye. The surgery should help her get 50-60% of her eye sight back. I'm praying that is true! Thanks for asking.

Roxie - How is your infection? I hope they put you on some antibiotics. How painful that must be. Hope you are doing better today.

I was sick all day long yesterday. My stomach is upset and my throat is killing me.Not sure, what is is all about:confused: We are leaving this afternoon for the beach. I am so excited.

I will do D9 and yoga today.

Today was upper body so I did the premix from STS Total Body. I went light because my upper left side is in knots again. Not bad, but I sure can feel it starting. Had a pretty good workout, though. With some of the exercises I stopped short of the total reps. I did what I felt was safe for me to do.

Triset #1
Flat Bench Barbell Press - 40#/16 reps
Chest Flyes - 12's/16 reps
Dips - 16 reps
**Repeat with 12 reps

Triset #2
Barbell Rows - 35#/16 reps
One Arm Row - 15#/16 reps
Standing Dumbbell Curl - 12's/16 reps
**Repeat with 12 reps

Standing Overhead Press - 8's/16 reps
Upright Row - 20#/16 reps
Lateral Raise - 3's/16 reps

I also did the Abs from this workout. I like this ab workout.

Rough day yesterday with my middle son.

I'm so done emotionally. I really wished someone had given me a crystal ball before I had kids, because this pain is not worth it.

Today was cardio and I had a kick @ss workout. I chose one of my cardio coach mixes - one of the hardest ones - and did it and had a great time. However, three things when wrong: My treadmill didn't start when I pressed on the 3mph button. I had to unplug it and plug it back in and it seemed to be ok. My HR monitor kept losing track of my HR - really irritates me. And my MP3 player decided to stop after the 3rd challenge - I had one more challenge to go. I had to plug that thing in (even though it was fully charged) to get it to come on again. I think the battery is about dead on that thing. Oh well. Still had an excellent workout. :)

My workout was 4DS warm up from Bootcamp and then I did Bi's and Tri's. Ab Ripper 200 for abs.

I almost didn't even feel like working out. Now I KNOW I'm in a crappy mood.

Sorry I'm not more chatty... I'll be better next week I'm sure...I hope!

WTG with 4DS warm up from Boot Camp and then I did Bi's and Tri's. Ab Ripper 200 for abs sounds like a kick butt workout and I hope that did help a little to lighten your mood. I recommend watching a favorite comedy or sit-com and enjoy a nice old fashioned laugh, it helps. Take care girlfriend and I'll pray for you, Hugs.;):)

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #2 revised. Not one of my favorite workouts but it was ok. The warmup is only 4 minutes and then it goes right into the first challenge so I repeated the warmup twice and the 2nd time I jogged it out a bit. I didn't get my HR up too high on this one, not sure why? Had an ok workout for a Monday, though.

I kept clamping my jaw shut all night which has irritated my tooth again right side of my face and head hurt, I am headed to the dentist this afternoon to start the crown process so maybe she can tell me whats going on. I will try and go for a walk in the park while I am there.
