Today I did MMA Boxing Heavy Bag Bonus and then the Heavy Bag Tabata from Hard Strikes.

It started to rain early , so no extra outside stuff. :(

I did KCM's KBX1 and 1.6 miles on the TM. My body is screaming for a rest day but its not going to get one until some of my wt starts to drop.

back to work tonight after 12 nights off. Yuck! But , I am getting a little "bored" at home. Hope I don't jinx myself with a bad night at work!!!

Sorry I've been MIA. No reason, just been busy. Today I did a cardio coach mix I made and had a good workout. It felt good getting on my treadmill again. Last week was a huge bust.
