Good morning,

I will do Pilates legs once we arrive in TN, we are staying overnight at a RV Resort. It will feel good stretch out my legs.

Debbie - great job on your short walk & core. We only dropping the RV off, leave the same day. It’s suppose to rain nonstop. We probably will do something on in the area when we pick up the RV in 2 or 3 weeks.

Hi,

Today was a walk outside, it was beautiful out. I also did Lean Legs. Tonight was book club, but not too many people showed up (maybe because of the holiday).

Belinda - Pilates legs is a good choice when you are driving for long hours. Safe trip, and hopefully it doesn't rain too much.

Evening,

We are at Red Bay, AL. We are staying in the RV for tonight, tomorrow we leave for Tennessee.

Before we left Tennessee I went for a nice long walk around the RV resort. Sadie enjoyed it. I did Pilates legs today. I probably will walk tomorrow before we heating to TN.

Debbie - enjoy your evening dinner tonight. Travels went well, it rained a little in Tennessee. Not to bad. Great job on your walk today. It’s been so hot and humid here. I walk Sadie early in the morning. The heat is getting to her.

Belinda - Great that your travels went well. Maybe you will get some of the cooler temps. Great job with Pilates and enjoying your walk with Sadie

Good morning, leaving Tennessee. I did a standing Pilates once we checked in the hotel. I didn’t sleep well last night, the AC in the hotel room was not working, it was freezing cold in the room. Had maintenance come 2 times, he couldn’t figure it out. I am very tired today.

Debbie- great job on your walk yesterday. It’s so hot outside.

We got in a car accident on our way home today. My car is totaled. We were lucky with some bruises and scratches. The accident happened 4 hours from our house. We could not get a one way car rental at this tiny airport. We decided to take a hotel since we were so shaken up. My arm is bruised up from the seat belt. Our daughter booked us this fancy hotel, the tow truck pulling up and letting us out the stuff of the Hotel were all so nice and help us empty our car and putting it on a cart for us. The hotel is very nice and fancy. DD is picking us us up from the hotel and taking us home.

Belinda - I'm so sorry to hear about your car accident. Thank god the both of you are feeling good. It must have been so scary. It is so wonderful your dd booked you a fancy hotel and will pick you up. It's good you are relaxing after such an experience. How is Sadie? You will feel so much better when you are settled at home. My thoughts are with you & your family.
