STS M1 W4 D10 is done. I got up early this morning. M1 is almost done. I will not miss all those push ups.

Debbie - it probably got hotter yesterday, it was blistering hot when I took Sadie outside. Great job on Muscle Max. Enjoy your strawberries.

Today was zoom yoga. It was so hot today. We took the baby to the park early and it was still so hot, didn't last long.

Belinda - Great you completed M1 and the push-ups We didn't even bring Penne to the park much to hot for her.

Cookie - I hope all is well, I agree with Belinda, we are worried about you.

Today did live zoom dancing plus Pilates.

Debbie - great job on your zoom yoga. It was so hot yesterday, I stayed inside most of the day. I don‘t let Sadie walk too long outside, she will burn her little paws. Let her in the grass in the shade, that‘s it.

Today was a leg workout at the gym. We had a graduation dinner to go to for my SIL's bf's son. It was nice but so hot in the restaurant.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dancing plus Pilates. After tomorrow the weather will get cooler here. I'm actually happy, it's been tough to go outside.
